Global Currency Reset:
On Sat. 19 June an announcement was made on the new Dinar Rate in the Iraqi mosques. Over the weekend the new rates were put into the banking system. On Monday morning 21 June bankers tried to confiscate RV funds, with issues resolved by Tues. 22 June.
On Tues. 22 June at 4am EST Iraq’s CBI submitted it’s new RV Dinar rates (In-country: $6.10. US Default Rate: $28.00-to-$32.00, Contract Rate $58.00-to-$60.00); By 8:23am EST the Department of Defense and US Treasury had given a global release for the Shotgun Start; By 1:23 pm EST the new rates went live on the Forex, though were not visible in the US. The new rates of the other 22 RV currencies were in the process of being posted to FOREX over the next 12+ hours.
The Shotgun Start and Tier 4B SafeLink 800# notifications sent out from WF servers were still expected at any moment over the next now 12 hours, right after German bonds and Yellow Dragon bonds start paying out 1% to bond sellers.
“Everything is now approved and 24/48 hours are needed to start all tiers. So this week we have full transition. God bless.” …The General (General Flynn?) to Charlie Ward on Mon. 21 June.
A Safelink Website would be provided to Tier 4B currency/Zim holders in order to obtain exchange/ redemption appointments at Redemption Centers. At the centers Tier 4B could negotiate a Contract Rate, or receive the Default Rate, both of which would be higher than the General Public Tier 5 Rate at the banks.
Tier 4B Safe Link Website links and 800# would be active for the last two weeks of June.
The banks would exchange currency at whatever international rate the Teller Window displayed for that day.
On Sat. 3 July the IMF would make a public announcement of the Global Currency Reset and the General Public could exchange currencies at International Rates.
There would be ten or so days of Zim redemption and currency exchanges at the special rates, though appointments could be set up to 30 days away.
After the ten or so days, Zim redemption and the special rates would end, unless you had made an appointment at a Redemption Center within that 30 day window.
Tier 4B notification emails would come primarily from Wells Fargo, though also would be sent by Chase and HSBC.

Strange Happenings in the Restored Republic:
Effective Mon. night 21 June Los Angeles ports were closed. The Port of Los Angeles was the biggest and most active port in the world. 80% of our goods and services, worldwide, came through this Port. Perhaps The Alliance wanted to safeguard the merchandise pending military operations? IDK
Container ships were stranded in the ocean and not allowed to enter Los Angeles ports. Cargo shipping vessels and containers were often used to transport children for evil companies, and perpetuate evil crimes against these children, women, etc. Perhaps this is a prelude to the final crackdown on child trafficking. Maybe?
Freeways in Southern California were virtually free of 18 Wheelers. Normally there were millions of trucks and truck drivers on the road in America at any given moment. It was theorized that The Alliance wanted these trucks and workers temporarily off the road, as much as possible, BEFORE Military operations begin. Maybe?
On Mon. and Tues. 21, 22 June main branches of Wells Fargo’s Bank Offices were closed throughout the Southern California region. Private security guards (4 to 6 per office) were seen turning away would-be customers, claiming that the computer system has been down since last Friday. (Wasn’t it illegal for a bank branch to be closed more than three days?).
AP, Reuters and Fox News were confirming U.S. seizure of dozens of Iran-linked news websites on Tues. 22 June, citing U.S. national security officials. The U.S. Justice Department was supposed to make an announcement shortly.
Within the next few days, expect Cyber Attacks by the Chinese Communist Party. As Cabal satellites were taken down there would be intermittent Internet, TV network and media shutdowns. Weather news reports could go down, forcing planes to ground and ships be unable to enter ports. There could be global electricity power outages and a shutdown of the corrupt financial system through Bitcoin and Stock Market Crashes.
