Started having pain in my left arm after first exposed to someone that had had the vaccine.

As I was taking care of this person and I'm very small thought that possibly had just pulled a muscle and kind of what I had been going with. Yet, as of late I'm having food cravings (not change of season cravings) but something different. Knew my body was working on fixing something.

Slow but sure my brain these days:) So took a shot with all the talk about blood clots and knowing I was experiencing these in other parts of body; took a gander at blood clot symptoms and herbal and food helps.

My body has always been smarter than me and sure enough it was the diet I was choosing, from cayene, garlic, onion, lots of oriental type foods as well as red winde.

It is my left arm that hurts and not sure what side my heart is on for sure. Lungs have had issues as well.

Went to store yesterday to get what was left from something not placed in my cart the day before, and really don't know how to keep the spike proteins away from me, always don't feel good when I get home. I am also eating fennel seeds, anise thanks to basil and licorice.

Right before that Ihad been pulling weeds at a neighbors who isn't feeling well and her stuff started right after spouse got the shot. I told her I could help with an hours work outside, walk and do it and come home. She had also placed moth balls by her flowers to keep deer away. It is one of my triggers for a long time, you would thing outside not so bad but was exposed for weeks in a graden home that had an adjoining wall to someone that placed them in the basement crawlspace.

Ever since that I can't spend more than a few minutes without repercussions, by the time I realized what it was, too late.

It does bizarre stuff like nail beds that hurt just ache, so weird. That a bit off topic so back to the helps for spike protein.
