This did not fit with the waist at my waist line. It fit like an empire waist- directly under my breasts. This made the entire fit look like I was pregnant instead of fitting nicely around my 27 inch waist. I'm 5'6" 135lb with with a C cup. I purchased a Medium. I commonly find that items produced over seas are too short by 4 or more inches from the shoulder to the waist so I wasn't surprised just disappointed.
