This monograph is the latest in a long, line line of well tested court and administrative hearings works.
Each of the points in this monograph received REACTIONS, and in some instances responses. In all applications things changed for the better.
What has been learned is that SYSTEMITES can-not and usually will not deal with the law when presented by one firm enough in their knowledge and convictions to know public servants are just that, servants.
This particular monograph was written in the hopes that it would reach those standing on the First Amendment in DC in January, now held unlawfully and illegally.
Fart, Barf and Itch, FBI, under the Department of JUST US has attacked many Americans. Those attacked and attached need all the help they can get.
The sad fact is the fundamental issues, fact and law will be covered over by systemites arguing among them selves about their positions at the expense of our Country.

( Note: if any one interrupts you after saying this, let them finish and say; Are you tampering with my record, my rights and attempting to Entice me into Involuntary Servitude. Repeat as many times as necessary. )
I am glad to have the opportunity to clear up apparent confusions concerning why I am here today.
I am aware that all public servants are required to assist me in understanding any charges against me and disclose all relevant material facts so I fully understand these proceedings.
I can not in good conscience plead to or cooperate with any thing in this Court until certain specific matters of law and fact are on the record.
In the event the Peoples public servants continue these proceedings with out advising me of all relevant facts and law, provide the public record authorities I demand, I will be held to Involuntary Servitude because I DO NOT CONSENT to fatally defective process.
Further, all attempts to confuse, mislead or otherwise ENTICE ME TO INVOLUNTARY SERVITUDE, by arguing that every public servant is not required to fully disclose all relevant law and facts to me, will be proof of intent proved by public record of these proceedings.
Application of Legalized Force, by governments, with out the disclosing the authority of Law is is a crime resulting in SLAVERY, when notice of NO CONSENT is served.
ANY AND ALL ASSUMPTIONS BY PUBLIC SERVANTS, THAT I AM A SUBJECT TO OR OF, ANY GOVERNMENT POWER OR AUTHORITY WHATSOEVER, IS A FATAL DEFECT, CORRECTABLE ONLY BY PRODUCTION OF CERTIFIED PUBLIC RECORD IDENTIFYING ORIGINAL SOURCES OF AUTHORITY.
The term, PUBLIC SERVANTS, includes but is not limited to, elected, appointed officers, employees, contractors, operating or claiming to operate, represent or otherwise engage in activities under governments supervision. The term PUBLIC SERVANTS applies specifically and particularly to ANYONE receiving financial benefits from public monies or funds administered or supervised for distribution by governments.
FIRST. I have read the State and United States constitutions, particularly the legislative sections.
There is no identification of the People of any State, any State United under Constitution, me in particular, as being subjects nor objects to be controlled by legislative powers or acts.
I have read the United States Constitution which delegates police powers to the United States in only four subject matters, Treason, Piracy, Felonies against the Law of Nations and Counterfeiting.
I am not charged with a crime cognizable under police powers held by the United States. This Court lacks subject matter jurisdiction until full authorities establishing police powers over me are placed on the record.
This fact is particularly relevant because the fundamental concept of American governments is CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED.
I DO-NOT CONSENT to being held as a subject required to answer to any public servant for anything until full and complete authorities claimed by any public servant are presented to me as verified from public record.

SECOND. I now present a Certified under Seal copy of the Act of Congress admitting the United States Code, under which I am charged, as being subject to, is not now and never has been Law of the United States.
Congress Assembled had no intent to apply the United States Code to the People. This is because Congress operated at that point under is strictly limited and identifiable authorities.
My presentation of Mandatory Judicial Notice, qualifying as public record fact, Self Authenticating Evidence, VACATING this courts jurisdiction over both the subject matter and person, me, to which the charges are attached, is duly served here and now.
The Peoples Law attaches personal liability to any public servant continuing these proceedings.
It is a legal and political impossibility for me to determine who is charging me, what I am being charged with, so that I may properly respond to notice required by due process, in the current circumstance in these proceedings.
Certified public records are never deniable.
All attempts to coerce, mislead or other wise confuse me into believing the public servants actions related to this matter are in fact and deed authorized by Law, beginning with the State and National Constitutions, will be MEMORIALIZED AS A CRIME AND A TORT, proved by public records of this matter.
THIRD. I am aware, as is this court, inclusive of all officers and employees, that this Court,

operates under an EIN ( Employer Identification Number ) provided by the United States Treasury as issued by its subdivision IRS.
These public records identify this Court as a for profit business corporation.
What this means is that until the responsible for, controlling and operating parties are fully and completely exposed to me, I do not know the identity of the charging parties, their authorities, or powers to attach me.
Until the parties responsible for obtaining the EIN identifier, the corporate charter, application for EIN, are in evidence, every one involved, with the proceedings here are operating on assumptions of powers over me not in evidence.
Considering that a for profit corporation is the control mechanism for this courts operation, I investigated the powers of Congress Assembled and State Legislative powers, to create corporations to provide government services required by Constitution.
There are no such powers to create corporations, nor place any power assigned to any government under corporate for profit business operation identified in either a State nor the National Constitutions.
Acts under the EIN for profit business are absolutely barred, FRAUDULENT ENTITY, from affecting the People creating all governments in the United States of America.
No American ever CONSENTED to be controlled or governed in any manner whatsoever by a for profit business corporation.
The ASSUMPTION by any public servant that a for profit business entity of any type, could criminally prosecute any American is an open, public breach of service contract, Rebellion against the Law of the Peoples Constitutions, Sedition against the legitimate government and Insurrection against the United States and States United.
A FRAUD is incapable of governing or controlling any American or prosecuting any American.
THUS, THIS COURT HOLDS NO JURISDICTION WHATSOEVER OVER ME, AN AMERICAN, NOR THE SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION PROVIDED BY PROPER LEGISLATIVE ACTION, UNTIL FULL PROPER AUTHORITIES ARE ON THE RECORD SO I MAY REVIEW THEM. TILL THEN THERE IS NO DUE PROCESS.
FOURTH. Attorneys are required to be properly licensed according to Acts of Congress Assembled exercising Constitutional duties to guarantee a Republican Form of Government in each of the States United. No government operation could be deemed Republic in form when special exemptions from being accountable are provided to a special class of very few. The Acts of July 1, 1862, 12 Stat. 432; June 30, 1864, 13 Stat. 223; July 13, 1866, 14 Stat. 98; identify the never superseded, or limited Laws requiring Attorneys to be licensed prior to appearing in any court. Licenses are the granting of a privilege to to do business with and or affect the People. This proper exercise of the powers granted by the People to our governments provides the legal tool, legalized force, via license, to control those business professionals affecting the administration of the Peoples Law of Constitutions,as controlled by Declarations of Rights at the State level, and Bill of Rights at the Nation level.
The BAR card or Court Bar privilege are not licenses issued by the statute defined powers requiring business operations to be licensed. Nor is there an exemption from licensing for Attorneys carved out by legislation. This is because all are to be equal under the law and the law is incapable of recognizing special privileged few not being held to the law so many others are.
Any judge in any court whatsoever failing to require the license to be of record prior to administration of justice causes every judgement issued by such negligence to be VOIDABLE.
FIFTH. I now appoint each and every individual claiming to be a public official, public servant, in any capacity whatsoever acting or claiming to act for government to the position of FIDUCIARY, because each has claimed to act for government.
The FIDUCIARY position is the perfection of the contracts, Constitutions, Declarations of Rights, serving to the American People, me in particular at this moment, because
every legitimate public servant pledges fidelity for honorable service to the Law of the People, upon assumption of, or claim to recognition as public servants, in public offices.
FURTHER; Every public servant, receives pecuniary benefit from the position of public servant which binds each under pledge of personal loyalty as bonded by ALL personal assets.
FAIR NOTICE, all the process due, to all FIDUCIARIES appointed here under, specifically identified or not, failure or refusal to honor FIDUCIARY APPOINTMENT is both a crime and a TORT.
SIXTH. My fiduciaries will receive written instructions as to how settle these matters in a few days.

SEVENTH. I am aware that the State of

County, the United States have waived all claims of sovereign immunity in matters of TORT.
The State, County and United States Governments have agreed to be treated the same as any Citizen in matters of TORT.
What this means is that in the event the full and complete authorities beginning with the State Constitution, United States Constitution and its controlling Bill of Rights, statute and its history, public office appointment documents, ARE NOT PROVIDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS AS EVIDENCE, every public servant having participated in what is culminating here, right now, confess and admits TORT and civil rights crimes will be perfected and proved by public record.
EIGHTH. I am aware that in matters of TORT, no public servant or contractor, may be indemnified for acts or omissions outside their contracted duties, the laws beginning with the State and Federal Constitutions.
WHAT THIS MEANS RIGHT NOW IS PERSONAL LIABILITY IS ATTACHED TO ANY ONE ATTEMPTING TO ENTICE ME INTO INVOLUNTARY SERVITUDE.
THE INVOLUNTARY SERVITUDE IS HOLDING ME AGAINST MY WILL AFTER I DEMAND TO SEE ALL THE PROPER AUTHORITIES PRODUCED ON THE RECORD FOR MY REVIEW.

The United States waived sovereign immunity in TORT! 28 U.S. Code § 2674.
The majority of States have either waived sovereign immunity, or provided similar process, that the United States has concerning TORTS.
WAIVER in this context is admission and confession that no government is empowered to cover up, protect, or represent TORTFEASING public servants trespassing outside the limits of Constitutional authority granted by the People.
