I apologize for being two days late in the send of this and the next monograph.
Confused technology and un-confusing it is not one of my talents. Outside tampering and trespass on my devices, my private property, then becomes quite interesting.

Please Publish this short monograph as a separate issue from the next send this evening. The two pieces work together and will be tied to two more monographs tomorrow.

The essence of the majority of confusions facing our Country and the People may be summed up in one statement.

We the People get the kind of government we allow.

Lessons learned from first hand experience of over 27 years show that when the People walk into our public servants office with a copy of the law and demand it be enforced as written, things happen.

WHAT DO WE HAVE TO LOSE AT THIS POINT?

?ARE YOU A SUBJECT OR THE PRINCIPAL?

MAJOR PREMISE.

There are only two, 2, classes of Americans.
First, are the Sovereign People creating governments to legalize force for the service to and protection of the People. PRINCIPALS.
Second, are the public servants, public employees, those receiving pecuniary benefits via contract acting for governments. SERVANTS.

MINOR PREMISE.

The foundational documents beginning 4 July, 1776, define the two classes of Americans. Sovereigns and servants.
No where in these foundational documents, nor any subsequent legitimate act by the governments created by the People, are the public servants et al, recognized as superior to or controlling over the People.

CONCLUSION.

ALL PUBLIC SERVANTS, ALONG WITH ALL PUBLIC EMPLOYEES, ALL THOSE, REAL OR ARTIFICIAL PERSONS, RECEIVING PECUNIARY BENEFITS FROM ACTING FOR GOVERNMENTS, ARE SUBJECTS TO THE GOVERNMENTS POWERS AND SERVANTS TO THE GOOD PEOPLE

If any American is not standing up, standing on the People’s Law as written, are they bent over??????

Where are the real Americans hiding and why?

If the People created governments, why are so many ashamed or afraid to say so and demand proper service from our servants?

If the People do not define themselves to their servants, do the People have access to rights guaranteed by our Law? If so, why and how?

If someone else, a systemite, a public servant, defines you, and you accept that definition, are you what GOD made you, or what someone of mankind made you?

1. I Do Not Consent to any legal, political or commercial determinations attached to or identifying me made by any government, public servant, government licensed individual or entity, that holds me subject to any government statute, state or national.

2. All attempts to identify me or make legal determinations for me concerning my legal, political, or commercial standing or capacity, are attempts to ENTICE ME INTO INVOLUNTARY SERVITUDE.

3. I will recognize any governments, public servants or government licensed entities identification of me as subject to powers held by government, public servants or government licensed entities ONLY, when the source of authority to make those judgements or determinations affecting me in any manner whatsoever, are presented in certified official form sourced, from either or both the State or National Constitutions legislative sections.

4. Any and all attempts by any government, public servant, government licensed individual or entity, to create legal, political or commercial facts concerning my personal choices as to legal, political or commercial standing or capacity, are an exercise in an ownership position over me, a TORT, the breach of contract, terms and conditions of public service or licensed privilege to to do business, resulting in VIOLATION OF CIVIL RIGHTS, a felony.

5. The only CIVIL RIGHT guaranteed to be recognized by government, public servants, and all government licensed entities, with out which, no other right, standing or capacity means anything , is MY RIGHT to determine, have recognized and fully accepted MY RIGHT to self determination controlling MY political loyalties, MY legal and commercial standings and capacities.

6. Any and or all governments, public servants or government licensed entities refusing or failing to disclose fully, claimed authorities to hold me subject to their alleged powers, operate in knowing deception.

NOW, either prove up your powers over Me, create the public record of ENTICEMENT TO INVOLUNTARY SERVITUDE, REBELLION against the People’s governments, SEDITION attempting to destroy the RULE OF LAW created by the People’s Constitutions and Declarations of Rights.

In order for ME to demand my RIGHT TO SELF DETERMINATION, I am required to provide the same to every public servant and government licensed entity.

DUE PROCESS in motion works two ways!

Otherwise no real American knows who or what We are interacting with.

Every public servant and government licensed entity receives pecuniary benefits, money, a pay check, to recognize these principles.

Thus, there is no excuse or defense possible for TORT and FELONY CHARGES
