Judy Note: Our military Intel Contact reported that at any time this week the Shotgun Start would happen where Tiers 3-4A, B could expect notification emails and calls to obtain appointments for Zim redemption and foreign currency exchanges at the special rates.
Today an executive from a major bank stated that Tier 4B could look for notification on Wed. 17 March afternoon.
If so, our appointments would begin on Thurs. 18 March.
The Iraqi HCL Agreement would be passed in next 24-36 hours, or by sometime Thurs, 18 March, giving them the new rate for the reset this week.

A. The below on Contract and Zim Rates pertains only to the US and it’s territories:
Those who wanted to exchange foreign currencies but didn’t have Zim to redeem could ask for the higher Contract Rates for Dinar and Dong only. You would be expected to dedicate 30% of your exchange proceeds to humanitarian projects. The rest would be paid out to you in tranches / structured payouts.
There were three basic options to redeem Zim Notes and all Zim denominations could be redeemed:
1. There will be a Default Rate for Zim holders in the $11 million to $33 million per 100T note range for your first two 100T ZIM notes. The rest would be paid out on a sliding scale. If you take the lower Default Rate you there were no strings attached, you would receive your monies immediately and wouldn’t be put on a long term pay out. At your redemption appointment you would be given 2% of your exchange proceeds on a debit card.
2. If you wanted the higher Zim Contract Rate: There will be a list of 15 categories of pre-approved humanitarian and job creation projects which included job creation projects, projects providing improved clean drinking water, educational projects, projects to provide housing and job training to the homeless, etc. You would be given time to read through the projects and pick one or more you would like to help fund. You would only receive a portion of your funds— the other portion would go to the project(s) you picked. Your exchange proceeds would be larger than the Default Package Rates and you would be paid over time in tranches. At your redemption appointment you would be given 2% of your exchange proceeds on a debit card.
3. For Zim holders with a job creation and/or humanitarian project, you could negotiate for the highest Contract Rates. Be prepared to give an overview of your project in a bullet point outline and short presentation. You would leave them an outline of your project(s). Remember "everything is negotiable." This pays considerably more but comes with some strings attached. You would have a Wealth Manager and Trust company team that you would need to report to on a regular basis. You would keep some funds for yourself, but most would go to the humanitarian project(s). You would receive more dollars but it would be paid in structured payouts over time. You would have more funds to help the world, but it would come with a significant amount of responsibility. At your redemption you would be given 2% of exchange proceeds on a debit card.

US Tax due date for 2020 was moved to June 15 2021.
Banks would become facilitators for us rather than the way they used to function. There would be no fees for any of our accounts. Banks had no control over what we do with our monies.
C. The Global Currency Reset:
