How do we get the Supreme Court to do their job? Like looking at the evidence of election fraud comes to mind. Is the Chief Justice the only one who can decide to accept a brief? My copy of the Constitution says that, except in cases of impeachment, the Supreme Court shall have original jurisdiction in cases arising under the Constitution. In all other cases, the Supreme Court shall have appellate jurisdiction (reviewing appeals). Who regulates that? Congress. Oh, that makes me feel all warm and fuzzy!

Article three also says "The judges, both of the supreme and inferior courts shall hold their offices during Good Behavior."
Who decides what 'good behavior' entails? Congress again?

Two serious oversights by our Founding Fathers, in my opinion, was in not limiting the years of service of our federal judges. And in not limiting how many times legislators could run for office, not just the length of time for each office (term limits). Both of these oversights set our system up for corruption. So, we are left with career politicians on both sides of the aisle and a Supreme Court that functions as the Word of God!

What can We the People do about it? I would recommend, peaceful protests, nonviolent civil disobedience, and active participation in choosing legislators from the local level on up. I would also recommend that patriots get very familiar with the Declaration of Independence.

I believe that President Trump was trying to avoid as much bloodshed as possible. But, I would remind him of the words of Thomas Jefferson. "The Tree of Liberty must, from time to time, be refreshed with the blood of tyrants and patriots."

This is going to be a rude awakening for many of us going forward. But we actually have original law on our side. I would venture to say that we have many constitutional sheriffs all across this land who will support us and need our support. And, I would say to any law enforcement person still on the fence as to which side they will choose, to get familiar with already established law:

"The general rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and name of law, is, in reality, no law, but is wholly void and ineffective...no one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it." 16 Am Jur 2d, Sec 177 late 2d Sec 256

"Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rulemaking or legislation which would abrogate them." Miranda vs, Arizona, 384 US 436 p.491.

No wonder Our Founding Fathers prefaced the Bill of Rights with: "Congress shall make no law."
