Dear President Trump, our President.
MAGA Requires Direct Action By The President.
Beneficiaries, Charles C. Miller and Andre Paul Provost Jr., Wish out Trustee, President Donald John Trump, exercise the full authority of the Commander in Chief to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States on behalf of all Americans.

We the People underwrote Donald Trump as our President in 2016. Our votes transferring the People’s consent to government were accepted and the promise of fidelity was returned on January 20,2017 by public speech to all Americans at Inauguration.
When our President accepted the People’s office of President a contract went in to execution. That contract has only two parties. We the People and our public servant, Donald Trump serving as our President. The contract is the Public Trust. The first position in the trust are the Settlors, the People providing the property, our right under Creation to govern our selves as the source and authority for all government to exist.
The second position is that of Trustee, the recipient of the People’s property held in custody by the People’s office of President. The third position is the Beneficiary, the People for whom all acts of the office President are required to serve first, last and always.
The Office of President is unique in that the man holding the office is the sole Trustee over the contract between the People creating governments identified as the Constitution for the United States of America. Article II provides our President exclusive government powers outside Legislative or Judicial authorities to execute the People’s Constitution. The execution of the contract terms is both judicial and executive function identified as the Chief Magistrates Office.
President Trump, your public statements have admitted you have first hand knowledge of breach of oath by public officials, crimes against the United States by public officials, theft of property by public officials, particularly the People’s Vote properties, denial of access to and protection of the Bill of Rights affecting the People directed by public officials. You have also indicated first hand knowledge that crimes against the government, the People and our Country have and are being committed by public officials, with both foreign and domestic parties in association.
President Trump, you have first hand knowledge from individual public servants, attorneys representing Candidate Trump for the Presidency, open public source materials, established by massive indisputable public court records proving insurrection, sedition and treason has and is being committed by current and past public officials.
President Trump, you have first hand personal knowledge that foreign parties have and are currently trespassing into our American political, legal, commercial, media and social media with and without assistance of current or past public officials. This subversion of public officials with publicly declared intent to cause overthrow or destruction of our forms of civil authority called government is a breach of the peace. Breach of our countries peace by a foreign country is a very high crime between nations. Breach of the peace with active trespass by foreign agents is an invasion by a foreign power.
President Trump, you have first hand knowledge that our Constitutional Republic is under attack from both domestic and foreign powers. Domestic parties associated with foreign powers attacking our form of government when those foreign governments have agents on our land is an act of treason.

President Trump, as the Commander in Chief you have access to the authority and high duty to exercise said authority to call upon those Americans who will protect our country.
The authority is the TRUSTEES duty to faithfully execute the Office of President, execute the law of the People’s Constitution, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. Invoking the Insurrection and Sedition Acts and other statutes is now the absolute duty of the President.
The enforcement for execution of the protective measures defending our country required at the moment is the oath every member of the United States Military, personal promises upon being selected to serve our country.
Mr. Trump, honorable men keep their promises. Please honor the United States Military by informing them of proofs requiring the Military to carry out their sworn duties under Orders from the Commander in Chief.
President Trump, you hold the promise of every currently serving military person, and every officer that has ever served in the United States military. These men are waiting for you to call them to their honor.

This contract has nothing to do with political parties, government operations or agencies, judicial or legislative acts or omissions.
Mr. President, call the contract due as owed. You have all the tools necessary to authorize our Military to serve the highest of principles founding our country.
The thee positions in this UNDIVIDED LOYALTY CONTRACT are, first the American People voting Donald Trump to the Trustees office of President. Second the office of President serving as Commander in Chief. Third, every currently serving member and every officer ever serving their country.
Mr. Trump, you are the transfer agent, holding the full powers of the American People.
There are only two kinds of Americans, those of UNDIVIDED LOYALTY and those of DIVIDED LOYALTY.
