Too Much Depending On Someone Else For Answers

Don't trust me, challenge me.

Don't trust everyone else, trust you gut.

You already know the talking head with the tie on CNN is a liar.

You already know the info babe on Fox news is a liar.

You already know the politician is a liar, otherwise they would not be a politician.

The occupation of politics requires that one lies over and over to maintain the political position, because the politician is an unnecessary component to begin with.

The only way a politician can justify their position is to convince you how necessary they are, when they are not at all a necessary component of a civil society.

In fact, it is the politician, along with the talking heads who create bias, unrest, division, and incivility.

A recent conversation overheard:

B:
"Do you vote left or right - democrat or republican?"

D:
"It is only you gives a fu%% how I voted! How do you know I voted at all? My lesson was learned years ago."

B:
"If you don't vote, you can't bitch about it."

D:
"Listen to me carefully. Do you not understand, that you, and your country, are in the position you are in as a DIRECT RESULT of buying into the politicians line of bull###t, and voting for them"?

"What do you think your vote is"?

"Your vote means you are too lazy to take responsibility for your own life, so you pass off your personal responsibility onto some snarkey, self-serving creep who doesn't give a f%%k about you".

"And then you whine, and cry like a baby when the politician does what he is there for - which is to serve himself by screwing you".

B:
"So how do we get to fix this country without electing the right people into office"?

D:
"Did you just hear yourself? You are scared to death, aren't you".

B:"I don't understand why you would say that".

D: "The answer is you. You are the one who will fix your country. No one is going to do it for you. It is your responsibility. Time to put on your big boy pants, because the sh## is about to hit the fan. Can you hear me now"?
