Beneficiaries Miller and Provost Jr., are both long term veterans of the legal system applied against the American People by too many legal professionals, particularly judges. Miller was told, 1995, by a retired state supreme court justice, that the works presented were of the highest quality, in accord with the laws. However, we don’t do things that way any more so take what you can get. Thus, We Advise our President of lessons learned that more than appear to alter the current judicial operations so often corrupted by individual public servants acting under color of official right.
Your Beneficiaries are deemed by many public servants, to be legal pirates particularly those of of the so called legal practicing public servants, because We refuse to bend the knee to our servants re- construction of our law. We follow the law and rules as written, which places the systemites in a position of choice. Comply or be personally liable with no defense.
This Letter of Advice is presented in support of the Presidents Civil Action Complaint contract with the Supreme Court.
Federal forms are wonderful tools. In the current contexts, two forms being applied in the Supreme Court, Civil Action Complaint contract, the AO91 and CJ44, change all the equations causing many confusions politically and legally

Cause: Deprivation of Civil and Contract Rights under color of official right.

No court can deny submission of evidence annexed to a Civil Action. Federal Rules of Evidence. This is particularly relevant under Full Faith and Credit clause of Article 1 Constitution and other federal statutes. The full case files with all the first hand testimony along with all other relevant documents exposing elections fraud and more bind the Court as either neutral or part of the fraud.

Forms such as, AO30, AO83, AO93B, AO442 Arrest Warrant moved under Motion for immediate issue on exigent circumstance affecting the National Security of the Plaintiffs and the integrity of the United States Government, and other forms might be interesting to apply.
Mr. President, We either win the country with civil process now under direct, personal leadership or We do not. Reliance on the Congress and Constitutional process is not an end game, nor something that can be trusted given the current state of affairs so rampant in the political and legal branches of government. At the same time leaving any option available for implementation at this point weakens the Presidency. Publicly executing all options while inviting the People to be involved inspires the American identity of cooperation in crisis which strengthens our Presidents positions across the board.
Mr. President, when the People’s Office of President has exhausted all civil or possible civil remedies, the the options available for the President to act to maintain the integrity, the identity, the heart and soul of our American way, the restoring of the Rule of Honest Law will be fully supported by every real American.
Beneficiaries are well aware of the unauthorized interception and direct tampering with communications. We also understand those bad actors not having our countries best interest in mind need notice of possibilities or probabilities for our best interest. The bad guys have lots and lots if bases to cover. We have one base called the Rule Of Law. Seems fair to us.
