The issue is to put the Court in the position that the whole country sees the Court in operation. This the inviting of every American to pass judgement on the Justices integrity and loyalty to their own country to which each promised Undivided Loyalty.

The Court to issue under Seal of the Court, SHOW CAUSE ORDER, requiring defendants, individually identified, those duly served summons, to file sworn affidavits declaring ignorance of the facts and laws establishing every American has and holds as an absolute right, a duty owed by every public servant, to access to and protection from the Bill of Rights, honest elections and enforcement of Civil Rights laws.

REMEDY
First Remedy:
The Supreme Court of the United States, Seat of Government venue, in full Article III judicial power, duly delegated by Congress is demanded to enforce the terms and conditions of the Peoples contracts, the Peoples Constitutions, both State and National, as written, upon all duly served defendants, or Show Cause Why Not.
Second Remedy:
The Court to accept every allegation by plaintiffs as true, correct and duly verified, by public record documents submitted for record at filing of this Civil Action Contract for full Article III powers application.
Third Remedy:
The Court Order, Declaration that the 2020 elections both for federal and state offices is VOID under cause of FRAUD. The Court to identify the classes of fraud and identify specific facts exposing fraud from evidence submitted for record by Plaintiffs in the Order.
Fourth Remedy:
The Court Order President Trump to craft plan to implement proper secure elections, tabulations and transfers to the Archivist for presentation to Congress Assembled. Present same to the Court within 7 days for verification by two of the three branches of the United States Government operating in harmony required by Constitution is times of Constitutional Crises. Mr. Trump, when our President opens public dialogues from the powers of the President in the Supreme Court, the dialogues will be had.
Beneficiaries ADVISE, that had any one of the court filings concerning the election fraud been presented as a Criminal Complaint on the standard AO91 form, no judge in the country could ignore the substance in the complaint. Beneficiaries are not brain surgeons, rocket scientists, politicians or attorneys. We are the People, like the founders and their compatriots applying common sense with out fear of consequences, because it is the right and lawful thing to do. Besides that, no one else appears to be speaking common sense, direct applications of the tools contained in our law to address the substance of theft, fraud, intentional criminal acts by public servants.
More to the point, in the event our country looses application of civil process to resolve our confusions, our country devolves to something unthinkable to any real freedom loving American.
