Define the Problem.

Crooked public servants accepting bribes from local and foreign deep pockets.

Bribes in a lot of forms accepted to support destroying our country.

Lazy public servants who for years took their pay checks, closed their eyes and minds to the crooked actions around them. None of whom get paid to be crooked or associate with crooks.

These systemites get paid twice, once for honest performance and then again for conspiring with foreign and domestic crooks.

Treason and misprision of treason, sedition, rebellion, and plain ole greed.

MSM, Social Media, Big Tech using the systemites dupes to exercise control over the People as human capital.

The bribers lied to the bribed minions when they promised protection.

Marshal the Facts.

No one can fix a fraud, not even the Supreme Court whether they acted honorably or under threat or plain ole crooked private or politically corrupted agendas.

Once a fraud always a fraud.

The facts of fraudulent elections is public record in every law suit filed anywhere.

The 2020 election is a fraud when the same soft ware that is known to be compromised is used in every state.

All these judicial and political and media characters covering up the fraud, admit and confess they are part of the conspiracies to commit Treason.

This is like the pristine Olympic seized pool with one little turd in it, the whole thing is polluted even after the turd is removed.

Georgia, Pennsylvania, Nevada, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, and others polluted the whole election pool.

No American be denied the right to vote and have it honestly counted by fraud no matter what any one says.

No State may be denied the benefits of its legal relationship with other States and the federal government created by the States.

Civil Rights laws have been ignored which indicates the public servants are refusing to recognize felonies another high civil rights felony.

Identify the Law Applying to the Facts.

The equal protection clause of the Fourteenth Amendment means just that, every thing is equal across the board or the board is corrupted and can only produce fraudulent results.

Civil Rights civil law 42 USC § 1986, Failure to Prevent, § 1985, Conspiracy Interfering With Civil Rights, § 1983 Procedure Protecting Civil Rights, apply for every American particularly our President as an American and as President.

The Presidents civil action properly filed in the Supreme Court joining the Texas suit opens the criminal charges under 18, § 241 and a herd of other criminal statutes.

The Fourth Amendment protects the vote as private property secured to the People which cannot seized without Due Process under the Fifth Amendment.

There is no compensation possible for a stolen vote.

Create a Solution.

A. Print ballots and distribute them.

Have a herd of committed to honest election watchers in every polling station.

Go to the local office supply store or Walmart, or both.

Buy a herd of scanners and connection wires.

Buy a server for each polling location, off the shelf counting soft ware and a screen.

Counting is not complicated and even a sixth grader is competent to count high enough to tabulate votes properly.

Connect the system and run controlled tests for verification.

Buy a printer and connect to the server.

Buy a fax machine and plug in into a hard line.

Fax the polling station printed totals every half our to the state. The state to have the same set up to scan the faxes into the server tabulating and printing the vote tallies.

The voter presents ID verifying their capacity. The polling station photocopies the ID and verifies registered voter status.

The voter fills out their ballot, inks a thumb print and scans their own ballot and gets a receipt.

No specialized company, experts, specially designed equipment needed. No huge contracts with foreign vendors. Corruption limited by application of common sense.

Crooked, incompetent or lazy public servants limited to how much they can screw up.

The President files a Rule 19 Joinder to the Texas law suit.

The President files a proper civil action under the federal rules and proper federal statutes citing federal civil rights violations affecting every American voter.

The President demands from Office of President, on behalf of the People the following remedy and relief.

a. Order the 2020 election void country wide for fraud.

b. Order the President to schedule elections the first week of January 2021

c. Order the method of elections above be applied.

d. Order recognizing the Office of President holds the absolute duty to provide every State and every voter honest elections before any federal office is filled beginning January 2021.

PUT THE SUPREME COURT AND WHOLE OF THE JUDICIARY AND LEGAL PROFESSION ON TRIAL BY ADVISING THE COURT THAT THE EXECUTIVE WILL VIEW ANY JUDGE NOT SUPPORTING HONEST ELECTIONS AS POTENTIAL CONSPIRATOR IN THE ELECTIONS FRAUD.

The President, the People recognize the tsunami of events have opened the opportunities for the People and President fulfill the promise of Trumps first term to DRAIN THE SWAMP by grabbing the chain connected to the drain plug of the sewer exposed for us by the 2020 election fraud.

The chain is the properly constructed Civil Rights Civil Action being joined to the Texas Motion for Leave to File currently docketed as a Rule 17 Original Jurisdiction Action at the current Supreme Court.
