The point of the article is that the Office of Chief Magistrate is both executive and judicial.
When the Chief Magistrate makes finding of fact conclusion of law from the White House letter head as an executive order official public record is created.

Both the Legislative and Judicial branches are called out to PROVE WRONG the Chief Magistrates findings.
That’s how the system works.
It’s called application of the law.

Federal public record is perfect evidence.
Public record must be taken as fact by both Legislative and Judicial branches.

Your point of Trump making statements is akin to the media saying Crooked Joe won!!
Mere words on media or official statement in writing? You chose which is valuable.

Of what value is a spoken statement compared to a public record Declaration of Fraud issued under Seal of the Office of President duly signed by the Chief Magistrate.

Under what circumstance will the formal Order by the Chief Magistrate be circumventable by the MSM-GOOFACED-TWITAZONS?

More to the point any one giving credit to mere words controlling any one is a slave in their own mind.
Witness all the masked men all over the country acting under mere words rather than relying on the law that protects them from those exercising badges of slavery over them!!!

When we consider the nature and the theory of our institutions of government, the principles upon which they are supposed *370 to rest, and review the history of their development, we are constrained to conclude that they do not mean to leave room for the play and action of purely personal and arbitrary power. Sovereignty itself is, of course, not subject to law, for it is the author and source of law; but in our system, while sovereign powers are delegated to the agencies of government, sovereignty itself remains with the people, by whom and for whom all government exists and acts.
