I took a look at the GenBank entry NC045512 for "Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 isolate Wuhan-Hu-1" (their title). The complex header text for this entry seems to indicate that the only lab that determined a full sequence for this alleged virus is at Fudan University, Shanghai, China. Other groups outside of China appear to have only studied short fragments of the sequence. This implies that probably no one outside China has the actual isolated virus, as many other facts also indicate.
