BATTLE FOR WORLD | October 19, 2020: The Keiser Report warned some months ago that before the coronavirus appeared, negative interest rates were sending a coded message about something global and depopulation. We did not know exactly what it would be.

Stacy Herbert: ...Last year around June or July of 2019 you (Max) asked Roy Sebag of goldmoney.com, how on Earth negative interest rates could ever exists, because never in history had that happened. And he said: The one thing it could possibly be suggesting is a huge decline in population, whether through choice that people just decide not to have children or a pandemic. Then negative interest rates would make sense.

A lot of our system (e.g. economic, infrastructure, etc.) are messed up and we just refuse to... - well, we have so many sunk costs that we can't really change the course. The globe is orchestrated with infrastructure of finance and banking, geo-economics and globalization and trade - it's all engineered for just in time. So there's a kind of inertial that happens when something like a black swan arrives, like a pandemic - (the coronavirus COVID-19). And we all just sit there waiting for something to happen - for it to go away, because the system can't deal with it.

The WHO (World Health Organization) and the United Nations are saying, what was obvious to many people, but they were not allowed to say it because they would get deplatformed by social media entities to say what was obvious.

Dr. David Nabarro of WHO, Special Envoy on COVID-19, was interviewed by Andrew Neil on Spectator TV, where he said the following: "We really do appeal to all world leaders: stop using lockdown as your primary method."

Stacy Herbert: The reason why he says that is because they expect the doubling of the poverty rate in the next 12 months, and a doubling of childhood malnutrition, so there are costs to our ramshackle lockdowns and our failure to stop this pandemic. ...

Max Keiser: Right. There's depopulation, as the negative interest rates were forecasting in the summer of 2019 (i.e. the coded message) ...
