My regular contributor RAH has sent me some important information for all Canadians. Too bad that you have to find this out---not from some intrepid, award-winning patriotic investigative reporter in the Mainstream Media...but via a tiny, backwater blog...whose blogmaster is a grandmother who has to wear a facemask to see her grandkids. But here it is, in several e-mails exchanged between myself and RAH. In the government document I have bolded and highlighted certain phrases for greater emphasis. This is non-committal by FEDS....nothing would happen any sooner than MARCH 2021. Interested parties have just over a week to submit offers. Why March 2021.???? The FEDS may be playing a different game...maybe MUCH bigger...they must sense much larger broader need??? Hmmmm.... x Lodging for up to 1600 people spread across Canada with the most frequent use and largest numbers at sites in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Montreal. It will be important that the lodging be in close proximity to both the airport/port of entry and to an acute care hospital;
x Food and incidentals. Meals to be prepared/outsourced and delivered to the travellers housed at sites – 3 times daily – and will need to accommodate a range of dietary needs (e.g. diabetic, gluten free, vegetarian). Snacks and other incidental items (e.g. personal hygiene items) will need to be provided as needed;
x Transportation to and from the sites from airports and ports of entry into Canada. Flexible pick-up and drop off (medical and non-medical transport) within a 12-hour radius of all points of entry, within 1 hour of Traveller arrival. Non-medical transportation (post-quarantine period) within 2 hours drive;
x Security services 24 x 7 at the sites by license guards which will be contracted separately;
x Site Management to include integrated, coordinated site management services– in person and virtual – 24/7 for Traveller registration, logistical support, food distribution, and Traveller request management and referral;
x Nursing and Health Assessments and other health supports including regular health assessments (up to 3 times daily per Traveller) by registered medical professionals (e.g. registered nurses, registered practical nurses, physicians. mental health and addictions professionals), including assessment for symptoms of communicable diseases, including COVID-19;
x Daily cleaning and disinfecting of all occupied rooms, common areas, and high touch surfaces and terminal disinfection at the end of every stay;
x Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) Program that will maintain the integrity of the quarantine area. This includes: o Controlled access to different areas, space for donning and doffing, separate entrance/exits with segregation of symptomatic and asymptomatic Travellers; o Access to a trained IPC professional who can set up, train staff, and monitor IPC compliance at all sites; and o Access to a qualified Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) expert for site set-up, training of vendors/staff, and regular monitoring of compliance with IPC guidelines.
o Provision of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to staff and Travellers in accordance with PHAC PPE guidance;

Greencrow concludes: As a citizen of Canada I have every right to examine this tax-payer funded document. It is not a secret document but is a request for bids that has been sent out to potential suppliers across Canada. My opinion is that this document indicates a larger strategy to quarantine and isolate Canadian citizens and perhaps other foreign "travellers". They will be maintained in a prison-like environment with 24/7 security. At present, quarantine is listed as 14 days. But, in Australia they're keeping citizens longer if they don't submit to "testing" or in future...the mandatory vaccine. So individuals could be kidnapped by the government and held illegally [based on lies/fraud] indefinitely. One wonders whether there will be "make work" projects for these inmates. Right now the visual of the gates at Auschwitz comes to my mind's eye. "Arbeit Macht frei"

"Work makes you free"
The main and catastrophic implication of this Canadian Federal Government document is that it is entirely outside of our Constitution and our Charter of Rights and Freedoms. It is beyond the law and our recourse to the laws that have kept us safe from Fascist/Communist-style tyrannies for centuries. The Government of Canada is using the excuse of a very dubious "Pandemic" [very low infection numbers and a PCR diagnostic tool that has been proven to be fraudulent and is currently the subject of a Class Action Law Suit in many countries].
To devise a scheme to deny basic human rights to large numbers of Canadian citizens for an indeterminate length of time based on such spurious foundations shows hubris in the extreme. We all know that once governments seize power...they are loath to give it up. We Canadians are being systematically stripped of all power under the law. Now, the only power we have is the power of knowledge. The above "window" into the Federal Government "quarantine and isolation" strategies gives us a shocking glimpse into what is probably a tiny fraction of their globalist agenda for Canadians for the near future. Knowledge is power.
