(my comment: I found this article interesting and the 24 min. video a thorough study of what may be possible for the future of our nation. I can't say I agree with everything presented, and I find the entire concept of a civil war or balkanization very distasteful and disturbing. But, with what we are seeing in the our country we have to face reality and facts. These concepts are possible as the divide between left and right continue to separate our nation into diametrically opposed factions. What’s Brewing is not a 2nd Civil war.
I have seen many threads on the coming 2nd Civil War, but what is coming is not so easily defined. There will not be two well defined sides, and there will not be troops marching across the countryside waging war. This conflict will be fought in cities and suburbs.
The left will be contained in the cities and suburbs by the Police and National guard for the most part, some will come to smaller towns but for the most part these will be met with the deadly force of armed citizens. My biggest fear as a rural city citizen is not BLM or Antifa, it’s the leftwing politicians in the DA’s office, the progressive mayors, Governors, and bias MSM. The first armed citizens to act will face a backlash of DA's and mayors, who don't grasp what is happening.

The start of this “Civil War” will be the election and after, once the election is past us, I expect all Hell to break loose. The fact that neither side will accept the results of the election, combined with the SCOTUS appointment of a new Justice, means that things are going to get worse.

Combining Political, economic and Covid-19 second lockdowns that are coming, along with people being sick and tired of the radical left, means that people are not just fed up with these situations, these angers have been rooted in frustration with the system its self and will lead to the Balkanization of the USA.
Lets face it the Court system, education system, political system, Federal reserve system, Stock markets, and media are all broken, and this country will not be whole and normal again until they are fixed and return to the traditional values of American Society.

A lot of our problems will not have been solved or be over, immigration, race relations and leftwing teachers from top to bottom are a few problems that must be fixed. The problem as I see it will be what to do with the leftist and ex-government that was so corrupt that they brought this on their self.

We cannot deport 20 million Mexicans, nor can we send all of the Blacks back to Africa, without creating a humanitarian crisis, and making ourselves look bad to the world.
Therefore I believe that the best solution would be second class Citizenship, this would go for Antifa also until they could be taught that communism is bad and deprogram the entire woke culture through re-education camps. I know that sounds cruel, but they must see the flawed ideology that they have been taught.

This second class citizenship would last for a period of 25 years with their children getting citizenship at the age of 25.
This way the leftist would not be able to vote or run for any office until old age and their kids until middle age.

Restricted travel would also be necessary for a 5 to 10 year period of reconstruction Two generations of conservative rule and education.

I would expect that there will still be holdouts and gorilla actions, just as at the end of the First Civil War, this is why control of their movements must be restricted.
