Covid Scam-Demic Will Last As Long As The Money Flows
There will always be a percentage of individuals, within any given jurisdiction of the population, who find 'working the system' toward their own financial benefit to be a legitimate, acceptable pastime.
These non-productive, 'money for nothing and chicks for free' parasites are easy to spot, because they have infected every aspect of the lives of every producer on the planet.
The fiat, fractional reserve, 'system', as we have all come to understand, is one gigantic pyramid extortion scheme in and of itself, where all profit flows toward the top of the pyramid to a select few, while all the debt is pushed down toward the bottom of the pyramid, and onto the backs of countless debt slaves, of whom are the ONLY individuals in the game who ACTUALLY PRODUCE ANYTHING.
Every other player in the pyramid game steals or usurps what others have produced.
The political class, the pharmaceutical class, the medical mafia class, the academic class, the banking class, the commercial religion class, and the military/industrial class are blatant 'elephant in the room' examples of parasites who prey upon any one who produces anything, while, at the same time, being forced to reside at the bottom tier of the power pyramid as debt slaves.
The irony of this situation remains in realizing that without producer/debt slaves at the very bottom of the power pyramid, the entire system collapses, simply because there is nothing being produced for the parasites to steal.
When the parasite gets no more free lunch, the parasite dies.
FIRST AND FOREMOST - BUY THEM OUT - PAY THEM OFF and YOU OWN THEM
The extortion scheme scamdemic of 2019-2020 is brought to you by the UN, the World Bank, and the IMF.
We have illustrated over and over the consortium of individuals and organizations behind these NWO, One World Government, and NGO foundations such as the Rothschild organization. the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, or the Clinton Foundation - but for the sake of brevity, we will begin there with 'Covid Relief Funding'.
Named 'Covid Relief Funding' for consumption by the unsuspecting masses, is in reality a MULTI-NATIONAL BRIBERY SCHEME TO THE TUNE OF TRILLIONS - BEING DISPERSED INTERNATIONALLY TO ANY PUBLIC PARASITE ORGANIZATION WITH THEIR HANDS OUT.
'COVID RELIEF' (bribes) are being handed to INDIVIDUALS WHO CONTROL National governments, State governments, Tribal governments, and HUNDREDS OF THOUSAND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS - worldwide.
FOLLOW THE MONEY
WHY would the Governors of MI, VA, CA, NY, or any other state INSIST their 'Covid Numbers' are skyrocketing when the CDCs' own data shows a pandemic is NON-EXISTENT, THE DEATHS ARE NOWHERE NEAR THE NUMBERS QUOTED IN THE PRESS, and while hospitals are STILL EMPTY; with many health care facilities cutting staff FOR lack of customers?
There are MILLIONS UPON MILLIONS OF DOLLARS OF FREE MONEY UP FOR GRABS HERE, and the 'money for nothing and chicks for free' mentality is in the middle of a FEEDING FRENZY because they smell BLOOD (FREE MONEY) IN THE WATER.
I RAN MY OWN TEST - LOCALLY
I live in a relatively small city, and have lived in or around the same area for 46 years.
I personally know the current mayor, most members of the city council, the local police chief, the county sheriff, many county commissioners, county township supervisors, members of the local school board, and I know who are the movers and shakers of the county in which I reside.
In talking with a cross section of these 'community leaders', both the unnecessary public sector parasites, and the private sector producers who actually generate revenue, the difference of opinion was palatable.
To the cross section of individuals I put these two statements to were obviously not all inclusive, but the reactions I did get were enough to clarify a good understanding of what I had already suspected:
Two statements for the test:
(1) Any governor or public official of any state who unlawfully mandates mask wearing or lock-downs, is guilty of crimes against the people of that state, should resign from office immediately and/or be arrested and put on trial for their crimes.
(2) If the hyped up Covid threat was real, most of us would be dead by now.
Most of lifelong public sector,'money for nothing and chicks for free' mentality looked at me like I was Satan himself, and many of them became downright hostile.
It was as if they had a vested interest in keeping the 'pandemic extortion scheme' going - because they do.
Private sector producers, on the other hand, but down to the man - agreed with the two statements - and were fed-up to the max with the self-serving antics of lunatic governors and or local officials.
When MULTI - BILLIONS OF 'RELIEF FUNDS' come bursting out of the SYSTEM - PUBLIC SECTOR PARASITES FROM LOCAL PARISHES TO STATE GOVERNMENTS - WILL DO WITH IT AS THEY WILL - WITH MOST SELF-SERVING PUBLIC SECTOR PARASITES ENRICHING THEMSELVES.
PRIVATE SECTOR PRODUCERS WILL BE LEFT LEFT HOLDING THE EMPTY BAG AND NOT BE ABLE TO REALIZE A DIME.
HOW MANY TRILLIONS IN BRIBERY FUNDS ARE BEING DISPERSED?
How Much Each State Will Receive From the Coronavirus Relief Fund in the CARES Act
March 26, 2020
The new bipartisan economic stimulus legislation — known as the CARES Act — contains significant new resources to help states address their massive, immediate budget problems due to COVID-19, though states will almost certainly need more aid in coming months.
The centerpiece of the state aid is the $150 billion Coronavirus Relief Fund, which state, tribal, and local governments can use this year to meet costs connected to the virus.
Each state will receive at least $1.25 billion — though the District of Columbia will only receive about $500 million — while the most populous states (California and Texas) will receive over $10 billion each, we estimate. (See Table 1.)
In most states, a portion of the funding will go to local governments serving populations over 500,000. Tribal governments will receive $8 billion.
The CARES Act also includes $30 billion for elementary and secondary schools and colleges and universities, $25 billion for mass transit systems, $5 billion for community development block grants (30 percent of which will go to state governments), $3.5 billion for child care, and $400 million to prepare for elections, among other funding directed to states.
States and tribes are incurring huge new costs as they seek to contain and treat the coronavirus and respond to the virus-induced spike in joblessness and related human needs.
At the same time, they’re projecting sharply lower tax revenues due to the widespread collapse of economic activity brought about by the virus’ spread and needed containment activities.
If they respond to this dire fiscal crisis by laying off state and tribal employees, scaling back government contracts for businesses, and cutting public services and other forms of spending, those actions will make the recession worse.
(Tribes are uniquely vulnerable to the downturn since tribal businesses deeply affected by the virus and downturn, such as casinos, often generate vital government revenue for tribes to run programs such as public health and child care.)
Given the economy’s extremely rapid decline and the extraordinary damage being done to state, tribal, and local budgets, federal policymakers very likely will need to come back and provide more help to states and families affected by the crisis.
Distribution of Coronavirus Relief Fund, by State
State Total distribution (millions)
District of Columbia $495
New Hampshire $1,250
New Jersey $3,444
New Mexico $1,250
New York $7,543
North Carolina $4,067
North Dakota $1,250
Puerto Rico $2,241
Rhode Island $1,250
South Carolina $1,996
South Dakota $1,250
West Virginia $1,250
Tribal governments $8,000
U.S. TOTAL $150,000
State and Local Funding Totals Under the CARES Act
April 1, 2020
State and local governments across the country split $150 billion in federal aid under a provision of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act, passed on March 30th.
The division of these dollars, made available through the new Coronavirus Relief Fund, has generated significant confusion. Here, we explain how the money is allocated, and provide a table showing the amount available for each state and eligible county across the country.
Allocation is by population, except that $3 billion is reserved for U.S. territories and the District of Columbia, $8 billion is set aside for tribal governments, and each state is guaranteed at least $1.25 billion even if its population share would otherwise indicate a lesser amount.
Local governments with populations of 500,000 or more are also eligible for aid, a provision responsible for much of the confusion.
Localities are permitted to claim 45 percent of the amount allocated for their population, while the state retains the other 55 percent as it also serves that population.
The state also retains 100 percent of the amount allocated to populations not within a locality of 500,000 or more.
To see how this works, consider the example of Ohio:
Total state and local share under the CARES Act: $4.53 billion
State population: 11.69 million
4.44 million people live within the 5 eligible counties of 500,000+ people
$1.72 billion is associated with that share of the population
These counties can claim 45 percent, or $775 million, of this total
The state retains the remaining 55 percent associated with this population ($946 million)
7.25 million residents live outside an eligible locality
$2.81 billion is associated with this share of the population
That entire amount goes to state government
In total, the state government is eligible for about $3.76 billion and local governments get $775 million
The diagram below illustrates this concept.
Note how state and eligible local governments split the funding associated with their populations, while the state retains all money associated with the share of the state’s population that lives outside an eligible jurisdiction.
