An in-depth new Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) report circulating in the Kremlin today reviewing a non-stop stream of urgent dispatches being received from the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the United States, says among the most notable of them are the ones showing that Biden terrorists had re-started their “Friday Night Riots” in the socialist Democrat Party stronghold city of Portland-Oregon, and the bombshell revelation that President Donald Trump has offered a full pardon to Wikileaks leader Julian Assange in exchange for his revealing the source of who leaked the Democratic National Committee emails during the 2016 election—a bombshell revelation that caused “Absolutely Terrified” socialist Democrats in the US Congress to demand an immediate investigation into the criminal probe being conducted by feared US Attorney John Durham over their fears he could improperly influence the upcoming presidential election with an “October Surprise”—all of which, however, was eclipsed a few hours ago when the United States Supreme Court announced that Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, 87, had died earlier last evening of metastatic pancreatic cancer—a death that caused Executive Washington Editor Gerald F. Seib of the Wall Street Journal to immediately warn: “This year’s October surprise just arrived, two weeks early, with the death of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg…And it’s actually far more than a surprise: It is a shock to the system, and to a country that hardly seems able to absorb one more in a year already filled with them…In sheer political terms, what will the death of Justice Ginsburg affect in the campaign stretch run?...Everything”—who was joined by President Frank Cannon of the conservative American Principles Project stating about this death: “There is no more incendiary event that could happen that hasn’t already happened…this is the largest October surprise that ever happened”.
And in reality, is an actual “October Surprise” firebomb thrown into the American presidential race so incendiary that when one influential Washington Democrat was asked by Politico what the death of Justice Ginsburg means, they shockingly replied “It means that we are going to war”—a war fully supported by former human brain eating CNN host Reza Aslan, who has just vowed: “If They Even TRY to Replace RBG We Burn the Entire Fucking Thing Down”—supported by leftist Writers Guild of America President Beau Willimon, who just declared: “We’re shutting this country down if Trump and McConnell try to ram through an appointment before the election”—and by leftist Washington Post writer Laura Bassett, who has just ominously warned: “If Mitch McConnell jams someone through, which he will, there will be riots...more and bigger riots”.

According to this report, with the 3 November presidential election being just 44-days from now, both President Trump and socialist Democrat Party leader Joe Biden have declared it to be the most important one in American history—it explains why upon when hearing about the death of Justice Ginsburg, top Republican Party leader US Senator Ted Cruz told the American people “We cannot have election day come and go with a 4-4 court”—a fact known to United States Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, who has just vowed to hold a vote on whomever President Trump nominates to replace Justice Ginsburg—is a nomination President Trump is preparing to announce a few days from now—sees the White House now saying about this nomination preparation that “it’s manageable” and declaring “There isn’t going to be a delay on this side of Pennsylvania Avenue”—a nomination preparation just responded to by Bryan Lanza, a 2016 Trump campaign official who is close to the 2020 team, who states: “This means everything…The future of the U.S. Supreme Court is what this election is now about…Period”—and in preparing for this nomination to be made by President Trump, has just seen Senate Majority Leader McConnell sending out an urgent letter to his Republican Party members in the US Senate stating:

As to the exact process that will replace the now vacant seat on the United States Supreme Court left open by the death of Justice Ginsburg, this report explains, it requires President Trump to make a nomination, after which the US Senate will vote to approve it or not—a process explained in the 7 September 2018 report issued by the Congressional Research Service during the nomination process for Justice Kavanaugh, which found that the average amount of time from nomination to confirmation was more than two months in recent decades—found that for nominees since 1975, the median amount of time from nomination until a final floor vote was 69-days—though most critical to note about were that Justices Ginsburg, John Paul Stevens, and Sandra Day O’Connor were all confirmed in a short period of time—with Justice Stevens’s confirmation in 1975 taking 19 days, Justice O’Connor’s in 1981 taking 33 days, and even Justice Ginsburg’s confirmation in 1993 taking just 42 days—will be a confirmation well able to be achieved by Senate Majority Leader McConnell with his Republican Party majority in the US Senate, that Vice President Mike Pence, if needed, can cast a vote on to break a tie—and even though US Senate confirmation is needed for a nominee to be appointed to the Supreme Court, the US Constitution does allow President Trump to make a temporary appointment to fill this vacant seat if Senate Majority Leader McConnell puts the US Senate in recess—which ten previous American Presidents have done with their recess appointments to Supreme Court.
