Here’s my long awaited list of communists, socialists and security risks in the US House of Representatives.

In my opinion all of those listed would struggle to pass a low-level background security check.. but guess what? There are no security checks in Congress.

Do you think Hamas, Hezbollah, North Korea, Iran, Russia, China, Cuba, Turkey or Venezuela might be aware of this massive defect in US national security? Maybe even try to exploit it? Surely not!

Terri Sewell (D-AL) Works very closely with communist former civil rights activists in the Federation of Southern Cooperatives and similar organizations. Has travelled twice to Cuba.

Raul Grijalva (D-AZ) Has worked closely with the Communist Party USA since at least 1993. A self-described “Alinskyite.” Traveled to Cuba in 2015.

Ami Bera (D-CA) Has used Communist Party USA campaign volunteers in 2010, 2014 and 2016. Also close to Democratic Socialists of America. Close to HAMAS-Linked Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR).

Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) Very close to several key Communist Party USA allies in San Francisco in the 1970s and ’80s. Also some involvement with Democratic Socialists of America. Led a Democratic delegation to China in 2015. Helped found the National Muslim Democratic Council with CAIR.

Barbara Lee (D-CA) Lee has been close to the Communist Party USA for decades. In the 1990s she was a leading member of the Communist Party spin-off Committees of Correspondence. Has been to Cuba more than 20 times. Close to the National Iranian American Council.

Ro Khanna (D-CA) Works extremely closely with Democratic Socialists of America. Close to pro-Iran and North Korea groups.

Salud Carbajal (D-CA) Long history with Democratic Socialists of America members.

Judy Chu (D-CA) Was heavily involved with the now-defunct pro-Beijing Communist Workers Party in the 1970s and ’80s. Still works closely with former members today. Works closely with Communist Party of China connected Committee of 100. China’s best friend in the US Congress.

Mark Takano (D-CA) Extremely close to the Democratic Socialists of America front Progressive Democrats of America. Works closely with “former” Marxist-Leninist- Maoist Steve Phillips and his PowerPAC+. Trevelled to Cuba in 2017.

Katie Porter (D-CA) Elected with pro-Iran National Iranian American Council (NIAC) and Democratic Socialists of America support.

Raul Ruiz (D-CA) Worked closely with Pro-North Korea and Iranian Workers World Party members in Massachusetts in the late 1990s.

Mike Levin (D-CA) Elected with National Iranian American Council and Communist Party USA support.

Adam Schiff (D-CA) First elected with Democratic Socialists of America support. Has enjoyed some Iranian-linked PAC support. Works closely with Communist Party of China-connected Committee of 100.

Ted Lieu (D-CA) Works closely with Progressive Democrats of America and some Democratic Socialists of America members. Close ties to Muslim left group Council on American Islamic Relations. Also works closely with Committee of 100. Visited China in 2015.

Karen Bass (D-CA) Was actively involved with the Marxist-Leninist group Line of March in the 1980s. Still works closely with former members. Mentored by a leading Communist Party USA member. Also close to Democratic Socialists of America and some Liberation Road members. Has been to Cuba at least 16 times.

Alan Lowenthal (D-CA) Travelled to Cuba in the early 1980s and again in 2016. Close to some Democratic Socialists of America activists.

Maxine Waters (D-CA) Long history with the Communist Party USA. Also ties to the now-defunct pro-China and pro-North Korea Communist Workers Party, as well as Workers World Party fronts. Has employed staff members from Democratic Socialists of America and pro-China League of Revolutionary Struggle.
