Impeach Federal Judges.

Beneficiaries, Miller and Provost Jr. approach our Trustee, Donald Trump, serving as President, with this firm Letter of Wishes, requiring Articles of Impeachment to be presented to the House of Representatives Judiciary Committee, citing federal judges records of non-compliance with the Bill of Rights, particularly contract and appointment terms and conditions, oaths required by law, and fundamental standards of justice.

Federal court records are proof of fact.

The simple logic requiring Impeachment charges presented to our President is inescapable.

The Office of President holds the exclusive power to appoint federal judges, conversely, the balancing action of separation of powers, holds the duty to Impeach, fire, federal judges for Civil Rights Crime!

The Office of President hired the judges with ratification by the Senate. Thus, the Office of President is required to fire non-performing federal judges, with judgement by the Senate on charges the President presents to the grand jury Congress.

Oh, what a political circus will be created when Donald Trump invites the systemites to show the cause why they fail or refuse to recognize and act under the laws and contracts each promised to serve. How many of these crooked characters will fully expose their well practiced corruption.

The office of President as the Chief Executive Officer is solely responsible, the position of the Boss, for the faithful execution of law, particularly the law controlling federal judges, which is known as the Bill of Rights.

In the event that the President issues a directive to government attorneys to investigate federal judges known to be ignoring their duties and the law, the attorneys will be joining the conspiracy to subvert and alter our form of government when they fail to investigate, impeach and prosecute. When the Rule of Law is subject to judges fiat application of the law and public duties, there is no law, resulting in rule by men. Rule by Men is SLAVERY.

The Civil Rights Crimes are identified by one single statement.

Denial of access to, failure to provide protection of, refusal to execute good standing known Bill of Rights limits on all government acts, refusal to recognize good standing statutes, is caused by fundamental Breach’s of Trust, Breaches’s of Contract, Breaches of the Duty of Care. These are the highest of civil rights crimes possible for any public servant to commit.

The result of these Breaches exposes INVOLUNTARY SERVITUDE for the People perfected by the public records proving the Breaches. The proofs verifying our statements are undeniable federal public records.

Involuntary Servitude is the result when the People’s lack of respect for the law, lack of respect for public duties of Citizens, lack of respect for all Americans that we demand for our selves, is caused by any public servants misleading or deceiving the People.

Involuntary Servitude, is recognized, exposed and perfected when the People govern personal acts or omissions based on deception, intentionally misleading acts or operations of the People’s public servants, in particular judges and governors.

Mr. President, the simple fact is that when the AG’s office fails or refuse to enforce the law upon federal judges, failed to order United States Attorneys offices to enforce the known civil rights laws, Mr. Barr becomes a co-conspirator in Mutiny, Subversion and Rebellion by some federal judges.
