JUDICIAL FIAT AND CIVIL RIGHTS CRIMES.

We are currently living in a world where judicial Fiat, the simple lack of jurisdiction, controls the operations of our whole government and affects our whole American culture.

Judges have no jurisdiction over any constitutional issue because, there is no case or controversy available for challenging or interpreting the constitution, our declaration of rights in the state constitutions nor our federal bill of rights!

Judges have no jurisdiction over any constitutional issue because, their powers came from, our constitution, which does not assign jurisdiction to interpret the contract that the judges serve.

Jurisdiction simply means power over. No public servant has power over the laws created by the people declared in our Constitution’s.

The people are the only real parties and interest in the constitutions both state and federal. This is because We the People created our constitution. The creators are the owners and the only beneficiaries capable of altering or interpreting our creation.

Public servants, judges in particular, are mere servants to our Constitution’s which are required to be recognized and enforced by their terms of employment.

Servants actions never control the master. The People are the master, servant defines all our government employees.

The declaration of rights section in our state constitutions are the absolute bars on Government process affecting those rights as declared.

The Bill of Rights amends our federal Constitution. Amend means to alter and control whatever it is attached to as amending.

Every judge failing to recognize the peoples rights as declared in our constitution’s, both state and federal, commits the highest civil rights crime possible.

There is no portion of either our state or federal Constitution that grants discretion to any public employee, all public servants, for interpretation of the peoples law declaring reserved rights.

Free concept of reserve right simply means that the rights identified are not subject to limitations, alteration, or interpretation.

The highest law to be recognized is the People’s declaration of rights in our state constitutions and our federal Bill of Rights because those are the People’s first law controlling all acts of governments.

The highest civil rights crime is denial of access to and protection from the laws created by the people to protect the creators of governments.

When we the People do not have access to the law to protect our rights we are subjects, SLAVES, to those we employ to serve us!

Public records, which are not deniable, are the proof of fact of our public servants altering the terms and conditions of their employment and trespassing on the People’s law. PROOF OF CRIMINAL ACTS AGAINST THE PEOPLE.
