This is how is starts. We are under attack. We must not support these organizations who embrace these marxist messages.

The NFL, Nascar, Hollywood celebrities...they all seem to have forgotten that their job is to ENTERTAIN, not to choose sides or make political statements. Screw the NFL, let's see how long they can survive after losing most of their fans!!

My comment: The NFL began its organization with the proud agenda of standing for patriotic American values and having the National Anthem sung at every game as the players would stand in honor of the flag. This issue came to a head when anti American players refused to stand up, but instead took a knee as a political statement. For a couple years the NFL leadership had a problem dealing with this act of defiance against the NFL rules. But since the George Floyd murder in Minneapolis and the nationwide protests against police brutality, the tide turned against the NFL leadership, so they voted to change the rules. Making a political stand against the nation and the organization that is providing you a very good living seems counter productive to me. It is a shame that players had to make a political stand in sports when it is the one activity of entertainment that people can escape the rancor and conflict of politics.
Actors and movie makers will often do the same thing at the Emmy awards by using their few minutes of prime time exposure to voice their political opinions. In my opinion it is rude, abnormal behavior similar to a child stomping their feet in a store for not getting what they want. The funny thing about all this is, this may all be a mute point, since the pandemic crisis has shut down all sports activities. It is not likely that any sports activities will recover from the forced social distancing and mandatory mask wearing in most areas. With the destruction of millions of jobs and the diminished economy, people simply won't be able to afford to go to ANY sports events. So you black football players can celebrate all you want on your political victory in those empty stadiums as the NFL goes bankrupt. You don't like America and patriotic values? So be it, America doesn't need you either. George Eaton
