ADVISORY NOTE: Apply the Law, Honest Federal Elections

We, Charles C. Miller and Andre’ Paul Provost Jr.,sent this Beneficiaries Letter of Wishes, to our Trustees for contemplation in service to the People’s office of President.

PROBLEM: Clean honest elections are at risk as they have been for years. Being that elections law is controlled by state law for the most part, the federal government is at a disadvantage. Voter fraud is a fact as proved over and over, particularly the 2016 election. The evidence exposes that much of the tampering was directed at Donald Trump. The real issue is to recognize is that the states are recalcitrant to correct their own know weakness due to the fact that the states federal representatives are providing too much of the states funding.

This disadvantage is actually a huge advantage for President Trump. Recognizing that the office is the chief of law enforcement, Chief Federal Magistrate, is the key to solve the federal problem and provide honest election of federal officers.

SOLUTION: When the Chief Magistrate makes a finding of fact based on the evidence proving election fraud at any level, the President is required to act and create a solution. The federal government can not and should never accept tainted or possibly tainted election results from the Secretary of State offices in the states. Thus, the United States Secretary of State under direct order from the President, sending a Letter of Qualification to the states, defining the minimum requirements for the United States to accept a voters capacity to participate in a federal election solves the problem.

The proofs of proper citizenship is known as readily available to most Americans. Most Americans are able to properly identify themselves on request by a government official. Thus, the proof of capacity to vote for federal officers is not a burden on either the People or honest government servants.

Requiring a sworn under penalty of perjury declaration that the voter in for federal officer is certainly within the purview of the Chief Magistrate, the President. Those arguing against this process admit and confess they are at a minimum supporting voter fraud, and at the higher level defrauding the United States by supporting election fraud at the federal level.

Any federal officer elected through a fraudulent votes that becomes a supreme liability to the United States as a government.

The second level to this procedure is the criminal prosecutions required for false declarations by alleged citizens trespassing into our elections. The real issue is the probability that criminal conspiracy evidence between vote fraudsters and public officials will be exposed. Prosecutions for this conspiracy is the real clean up of federal elections.

Please, President Trump, present this possibility to clean up vote fraud to the members of Congress and Senate, the Governors and Secretaries of State for their response.

The reactions or responses should be quite telling. There is a very real possibility that the core of voter fraud could be exposed.

The principle issue herein is that the President, Donald Trump, beginning to exercise the Magistrates function and powers identified by the constitution. These Magistrates acts requires the rebellious seditionists posing as honest public servants to review the acts, omissions and public records in a new and different manner.
