TRUMP, GOVERNORS FORFEITURE.
Dear President Trump, our President.
Governors Forfeiture of Honor and Office.
Miller and Provost Jr. present this formal Letter of Wishes to our Trustee.
We, Wish our Trustee from the full capacity of standing as President of the United States of America, to advise the American People that:
Every and each government employee or officer is a public servant to the People, Particularly Governors
Government service in our country is a public trust, a privilege.
All government in the United States, state and federal, were created to serve and protect the People.
The People’s law of Constitutions, particularly the states declaration of rights and the national Bill of Rights, are the terms and conditions controlling public service positions, which are the terms and conditions to public servants indenture, the promise to serve. .
Rights reserved are never subject to limitation by governments.
Our American government is a partnership between the People who created governments and all those in public servants position.
All public servants actions are to be performed for the benefit of the People.
All government servants allowing actions harming, injuring or damaging the People act outside the law, and are personally liable.
It is the duty of every American to hold their government servants accountable.
The laws now in place are the tools for any American to hold our public servants to account.
As your President my first duty is to ensure the People have access to the law, then access to the power of the law applied by federal courts to hold state actors to account. This is why I appointed so many honest judges to the federal courts.
I invite every American to ask their Governor’s to show the cause, identify the portion of the state constitutions authorizing the stoping of people going to work, earning the money to feed their families, planting gardens, relying on the Second Amendment, to attend your houses of worship, to freely associate with family or neighbors.
The legal question is, by what authority does any Governor act out side the duty to serve and protect the best interests of the People they serve?
Mr. President, the large majority of the People trust you the man serving as our President.
This is the most awesome power the world has ever known.
Exercising the fundamentals of leadership of the American People begins with the People’s first law of the Bill of Rights amending and controlling all applications of governmental powers, both state and federal. This statement re-presents the contract, the Constitution for the United States of America. Both the states and federal government are bound by this partnership.
Every Governor not serving and protecting the People has agreed to be subject to the laws of the People.
Your Beneficiaries Wish our Trustee, take positive action for the restoration of the People’s right to work, feed their families, worship together, hold public servants to account and much more that makes the American Dream the envy of the world.
As your Beneficiaries, Miller and Provost Jr., are waiting to be called into full service to our country by our President.
We are of the firm conviction and belief that most public servants have lost the understanding of the fundamentals creating our country which is the source of the Great American Dream.
Further we are convinced that many of your advisors share in this loss.
In our firm well informed opinion it is impossible for those trained in a corrupted system prior to training therein, then entering service in that same corrupted systems, being paid from those systems, to understand the true obligations of public service.
All governments in our country were created for, granted power to, serve and protect the People first, last and always.
All other acts by government could be considered defective when they can-not meet that fundamental burden and obligation.
