It does appear the Wuhan coronavirus originated in a US biowarfare lab. The U.S. then sold/transferred the virus to the lab at Wuhan. I see three possibilities:

1.

The Chinese lab released the virus accidentally.

2.

The Chinese released the virus purposely knowing it would accomplish two things – reduce their excess population, which they would like to do, then spread to Western nations and weaken them, and so facilitate Chinese hegemony.

3.

The U.S. transferred it to the Wuhan lab and then, later, released it in the vicinity of Wuhan. They would have plausible deniability. The fact that it would blow back to America would be fine with the globalist elites, who would use it as an excuse to impose medical martial law and weaken the U.S. economy. ~Basil
