a Third Party (Government)

The Individual with flu, is feeling sick and chooses to stay in bed, and get some more rest.

The Individual without flu (weak immune system) gets scared about getting sick and wants Third Party (Government) to protect him/her.

Third Party (Government) tells Individual without flu (strong immune system), Individual without flu (weak immune system), & Individual with flu, to stay home.

The Individual without flu (weak immune system) agrees that this is a good idea because he/she is operating on fear.

The Individual without flu (strong immune system) disagrees with the idea because accumulated life experience has taught this idea is foolish and dangerous.

The Individual without flu (strong immune system) decides he/she is not going to self-limit his/her freedoms because other people with weak immune systems are living in fear, and leaves the house like usual in the morning.

The Individual with flu wakes up later, decides that he/she needs some fresh air, sunshine induced vitamin D, more food & drink, and leaves home to go to the store.

The Individual without flu (weak immune system) still has no flu symptoms, and continues to stay at home.

Third Party (Government) sees this activity and its ego gets bruised that some people are not complying with its commands. So it decides to force compliance.

Notice that Individual without flu (strong immune system) has not injured anyone in anyway.

Notice that Individual with flu has not injured anyone in anyway.

Third Party (Government) will be injuring both, the moment it attempts to limit the freedom, liberty, and/or property rights of each.

Potential injury by viral spreading is not actual injury.

Potential injury cannot be countered by Third Party (Government) attacking either individual.

Actual injury is dependent upon one's immune system condition. And that is a personal thing. Like personal self-defense protects one from injury and theft of property. It is also dependent upon one's previous life choices. Diet, work risks, recreational activities, sexual activities, drinking, smoking, isolation from nature, accumulated stress, fear induced stress, etc..

Third Party (Government) acting on behalf of Individual without flu (weak immune system), to perform its only legitimate function, that being to protect the freedom, liberty, and property rights, cannot offend the freedom, liberty, and property rights of another member of the population while performing the act, else it becomes the criminal, causing injury. Which is exactly opposite to its stated intent and purpose for existence. Of course its stated purpose for existence could be a lie. It could have been established for criminal activity. A scam. A con.

Notice that Individual without flu (strong immune system), and/or Individual with flu, as those individuals are standing, walking, resting, doing everyday things, while carrying the flu, dormant or not, it becomes obvious that their immune systems are actively fighting, strong, and should not be interfered with.

If the Individual with flu is doing things in its own best interest, like say for its health, and government steps in to oppose that, the government is siding with the virus, attacking the Individual with flu. So, now the Individual with flu has to fight the flue and the Third Party (Government).

It is obvious that each individual is responsible for their own immune system condition.

Notice that the natural environment contains untold numbers of organisms that will devour a life form with a failing immune system. A flu virus is not required. Nature uses entropy to disassemble all things when the life force of each individual loses the will to live. All things exhibit similarities of function. From micro to macro. It is common knowledge that if you want a thriving plant, have thriving soil.

In this context, it is also obvious that one person cannot be responsible for the immune system of another person. To be responsible for another you would have to have complete authority over that person. You would have to control every aspect of their life. What they eat, drink, smoke, sleep patterns, recreational activities, work risks, etc..

With this in mind, no one should give up their freedom, liberty, or property rights, because someone else has a weak immune system and might catch a cold.

Note that a previous injury by Third Party (Government) upon all other parties has already occurred through color-of-law/constructive fraud via w-2/taxation. This induces stress in multiple forms for long durations. This is a health hazard created by the act of asking Third Party (Government) to take care of you.
