My significant other takes lisinopril as well. I told him of this problem and it has got him thinking big time. Right now he's angry because he went out to buy milk, bread, toilet paper and dog food. He found everything but the T.P. At the forth store (and an hour and a half later) he bought some Kleenex tissues and flush-able baby wipes and called his 15 min store run a day.. I didn't have the heart to tell him that I had already bought 4 12 roll packs and that they were stored in the basement closet :-)

My wife is 63 I am 59. The wife got the flu again with same symptoms. The second time was worse and her blood pressure spiked and she had to go to hospital.

The doctor IGNORED her fever of 101 and she takes a natural medicine for her blood pressure. Totally ignored the fact that she had a fever. All he said was that her natural blood pressure medicine was not working. Has worked well for many years.

He prescribed lisinopril and this post made us aware that hospitals are more dangerous to this pandemic than the virus itself!

We are going to get a copy of doctors report as she got out of hospital Friday. If fever was not noted the doctor has alot to answer for and I am going to get to the bottom of this hospital visit that could have made it worse not better.
