Just thought this was a good question as some folks seem never to get it while others can't seem to not get it. Does look like the more smooth your hair the more likely you will be exposed.

Of the Rh Negative and Positive here is what this one article says:
Head lice will feed on any blood type, but some blood types are more attractive than others. ... When a louse consumes another blood type, its intestinal tract explodes. But if the louse laid nits prior to feeding, those nits are able to feed on the new blood type. Are head lice more prevalent in warmer climates?

Of those I know with Morgellons many are Rh Negative which is unusual. Many also had lice as one of the things the pointed at as a possible vector.

The above information would lead one to believe that this would be just the opposite. Still wonder if someone somewhere didn't lay a directional plan to the lice to certain blood types as it were.
