There are very few who do things like this, and they are not all white. Parasitical behavior begets parasitical behavior. Throw in a bruised ego, hurt feelings, ignorance, and you get reactionary cruel behavior reverberating throughout society. People seeking their own personal justice, usually from other people that had nothing to do with the initial abuses.
