Netflix is being sued over the betrayals and manipulations inside the show AFFLICTED. "The Afflicted Four... claim they were 'duped by Plaintiffs into participating in a salacious reality television program that questioned the existence of their chronic illnesses and portrayed Plaintiffs as lazy, crazy, hypochondriacs and/or malingerers who were deserving of scorn and who in fact have received scorn and abuse because of Defendants’ cruel and duplicitous actions.”

I've witnessed the scorn produced by the show AFFLICTED. Otherwise good and empathetic people angrily dismissing chronic Lyme and ME patients, saying "Fuck those people!" after watching the series. The negative effects on the chronic illness community perpetrated by this talented group of filmmakers are real. So many people were duped. It's a real shame, folks. A real goddamned shame.

Dear RM Agents and Readers,

They started out good and then made a turn which turned my stomach. There were folks at the beginning of the acknowledgement of Morgellons that said, any notice is good even if it doesn't fit. My statement was not necessarily, much of this can cause more damage than good in the long run.

Took me awhile to figure out where the truth did live and helping those with this illness the most was the only thing that seemed to make sense. The particulars will be worked out later I'm sure!
