Dear RM Agents and Readers,

Like this woman I began to loose incredible amounts of weight, the more I ate the more bathroom time I needed cause it was not staying with me and often came out both ends. In my bathroom I had a pan as I had to make sure everything was covered.

It was only when I went on a fast that this stopped. In other words, in order to stop loosing weight I had to stop eating and place my body in starvation mode. Bingo, it worked the weight started coming back on, just in case you have this issue, this may help you.

It is important to remember that everyone is different and what helps one doesn't always help another.
