As this giant pink gorilla of cancer charities continues to grow, the question that begs answering is: "Is the Komen Foundation really running (or walking) for a cure for breast cancer or are they instead running in large part to keep their foundation going and the money flowing in?" PERSONAL UPDATE - PLEASE NOTE!

I have finally found a great way out of my continuing financial struggles. Plenty of pay and no physical demands. That is the good news - and very good news indeed. The bad news is that I need help makijgg it to the finish line without getting kicked out of my h ome and/or having my utilities turned off. PLEASE help me get there and then this time I should be good to go from now on and soon be back to donating myself, helping others, and being back to spending at least some time keeping my website fresh and contributing on a more regulat basis. Trust me folks, I am sick, sick, sick of asking for help. The period of the next few days should be the last ask I make. I will be posting more details later and also posting about the horrors of side effects from the drug Lyrica. I am soon off for a critical appointment with my pain management specialist. Wish me luck in getting off that damnable medication. If you have time, go to drugs.com and look up the side effects. I have had almost ALL of them, and they have been increasing the damned doseage.
