John O'Neill - FBI Head of National Security Division. He was reassigned as Head Of Security at WTC and supposedly died that day and had nothing to do with the bombing.

I now think that Paul O'Neill, Treasury Secretary on 911 has something esoterically to do with John O'Neill because their last name is the same.
