They are not negated by group needs.
They are not negated by emergencies.
They are not negated by governments.
They are not negated by breaking a government law, regardless of what you have been programmed to believe.
They are not to be limited, narrowed, or tweaked, either.
They are not negated by your, or my, emotions, feelings, physical condition, mental condition, gender, skin color, religion, personal preferences, attitude, desire, anger, frustration, carelessness, consumptions, present or past statements, sexual preferences, behavior, history, etc..
They are not negated by government employee feelings or desire for safety. The safety of law enforcement does not override my freedom, nor the maintenance of my property within my possession.
I repeat, they are not negated when a government employee, law enforcement officer, feels threatened. My freedom and property will not be relinquished, but defended, with as much force as required.
