let it be, but decide for one self, if one is sad, don't try to act happy on force, it isn't working. magic recipe there is none

Nem: "nasty, beaten, betrayed, negative, sad," ALL THOUGHTS, that one can eliminate, and the emotions they birth. It's of mind. The world, life, is what it is, acknowledge it so, be at peace with what is, and there is no negative.

would it be better, might be, or worse, it can always get worse. are there things to be grateful, sure, are there things that are rattling one s preferences of course

why is it such? because of thoughts? I don't think so. ill mind? all of them are ill.

you cant fix it because it is scripted, so you re there to witness, is it your own game all and monster reflection in the window, dunno it s an option, but then again familiar foe is better than unknown
