I'm not sure if I heard mostly this same speech in 2008 or 2012. CSPAN covered his remarks and said it was live 8-7.

I heard the speech on radio and thought Biden's voice was stronger than it is now in 2019.

'We Need to Get Tough With China'

Trump already doing that.

'We are in Competition with China'

Competitions? Didn't you lose to Barack in 2008?

'I've proposed..a modern workforce'

What is a modern workforce?

'Become a clean energy economy by 2050'

'If I become the nominee of this party, I'm going to give Trump a thrashing every day on health care.'

Sounds Unhealthy

Biden started out as a Republican. He is at War with Himself.

Joe will have to retire or die some day. That should help our optimism.

Biden transcript leaves out the part where he says Americans need to 'fight' to keep their democracy. Also, that he hails from Irish Ancestrey.
