Trump Readies Nationwide Emergency Alert System In Preparation For Total Media Takeover

A tensely worded new Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating in the Kremlin today examining President Donald Trump warning on 6 August that he is “Watching Google Very closely!” upon his discovering the fraud they perpetrated against the American public when, during the 2016 US Presidential Election, they suppressed negative stories on Hillary Clinton while boosting negative stories on him, states most critical to note about Trump’s warning was that it was bookended by two extraordinary events—the first occurring the day before on 5 August when the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) released a cryptic statement saying “FEMA and the FCC Remind the Public About Upcoming Test Alert on TVs and Radios”—and the second on 6 August when the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) followed by Tweeting out “Tomorrow, Wed. 8/7 at 2:20 p.m EDT we will conduct a nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System in coordination with @FCC”—the grave significance being that the FCC and FEMA have never in history combined to stage a Nationwide Emergency Alert system test of this magnitude—in no way whatsoever gave any prior warning of it occurring—comes at a time the United States is tearing itself apart to the point that it’s now on the verge of civil war—but is a national emergency action fully expected to occur in preparation for Trump invoking a little known US federal law that applies directly and specifically to both the FCC and FEMA titled 47 U.S. Code § 606. War Powers Of President—wherein its Section 606(c) allows Trump to take over the entire American media establishment: “Upon proclamation by the President that there exists war or a threat of war, or a state of public peril or disaster or other national emergency, or in order to preserve the neutrality of the United States”. [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

According to this report, the right of the American people being able to have unrestricted access to a non-propagandized, fair, balanced and honest news media establishment was deemed so vital by the Founding Fathers of the United States, they became the first nation in history to enshrine this principle in one of their founding documents called The Bill Of Rights—wherein its First Amendment states: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances”.

On 28 June 1804, this report continues American Founding Father, writer of the Declaration of Independence, and 3^rd President of the United States Thomas Jefferson penned a letter to Judge John Tyler, who is best known for his being the father of the 10^th President of the United States John Tyler—and wherein Jefferson wrote: “Our first object should therefore be, to leave open to him all the avenues to truth. The most effectual hitherto found, is the freedom of the press. It is therefore, the first shut up by those who fear the investigation of their actions”.

With Founding Father Jefferson’s words that a free press is “first shut up by those who fear the investigation of their actions” echoing through time, this report states, in 2016 they slammed into full and catastrophic effect upon President Trump—who, from the very day he pulled off the most stunning and shocking election victory in American history, saw nearly the entirety of the US mainstream media establishment openly attacking him over their fears of being investigated for their complicity in trying to defeat him, and when failing to accomplish this, then saw them conspiring to overthrow him.

Most staggering to note about what actually constitutes the so-called “free press” in America today, this report details, was recently revealed by US constitutional attorney and popular radio and television personality Mark Levin—who, in his beyond shocking book titled “Unfreedom Of The Press”, exhaustively documented and named the hundreds of top journalists and media executives who, over the past nearly 30-years, shuttled back and forth between the leftist Democrat Party regimes of Presidents Clinton and Obama and all of America’s main media organizations (the only exception being Fox News)—all of whom, in 2017, conspired to launch the two greatest media hoaxes ever perpetrated in United States history—the “Russiagate Hoax” and the “The Fine People Hoax”.

The purpose behind these hoaxes being launched against President Trump by a now totally controlled leftist American media establishment, this report explains, were intended to destroy him by simultaneously painting him as a hidden foreign agent of Russia and a white nationalist racist—both of which were despicable lies easily proven to be untrue—but the most insidiously dangerous one being the “The Fine People Hoax” that sees these leftist media liars even today repeating—and was based on their lying to the American people claiming that Trump called neo-Nazis “fine people” during a press conference he gave in the aftermath of a deadly confrontation occurring in Charlottesville-Virginia—a deadly confrontation that occurred between a mob of leftist ANTIFA agitators and their neo-Nazi enemies—which occurred at the exact same time two opposing peacefully protesting groups had gathered in a park regarding the tearing down of an historic Confederate statue—all of whom Trump addressed by exactly stating:

You had some very bad people in that group.

But you also had people that were very fine people on both sides.

You had people in that group that were there to protest the taking down of, to them, a very, very important statue and the renaming of a park from Robert E. Lee to another name.

After two mass shootings occurred in the US this past weekend, this report points out, the leftist so-called “free press” rolled out in full force its “Fine People Hoax” against President Trump to vilely smear him even further as being a racist—that they were only able to accomplish, though, by noting just one of these mass shootings, as the other one was committed by a pro-Satan avowed socialist who supported leftist Democrat Party presidential candidate US Senator Elizabeth “Pocahontas” Warren—and didn’t fit their destroy Trump narrative.

Most important to note, however, about this latest rabid leftist media attack on President Trump “by those who fear the investigation of their actions”, this report details, is that it comes at the same time US District Judge Amy Berman Jackson paved the road to trial of Greg Craig, the former White House counsel to President Barack Obama—who under threat of spending years in prison, is now expected to fully cooperate with US Attorney General William Barr and US Attorney John Durham—both of whom are investigating the origins of the “Russiagate Hoax”—most particularly its involving a little known US federal law titled 50 U.S. Code § 3093. Presidential Approval And Reporting Of Covert Actions—which under its Section (f) titled Prohibition On Covert Actions Intended To Influence United States Political Processes, clearly states “No covert action may be conducted which is intended to influence United States political processes, public opinion, policies, or media”—but, and as everyone of sane mind knows, was grossly violated when the Obama Regime flooded the Trump campaign illegally with its spies.

Most dangerous for the leftist US mainstream media launching their massive attack on President Trump to unjustly smear him as a racist and prevent their crimes from being investigated, this report concludes, is that the rage-filled socialist Democrat Party has now taken them over—to such an extent that these rabid Democrats are now even dictating to The New York Times what headlines are allowed to be written—which, in fact, is a direct assault against the United States Constitution’s Bill Of Rights which guarantees to the American people an unbiased, free from manipulation and honest press—a guarantee Trump has vowed to defend when taking his oath of office by his swearing before God that he “will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States”—and whom, from the moment he signs the document to declare a National Emergency to fulfill this oath—a decision that is entirely within his discretion—he is able to set aside many of the legal limits on his authority—and has immediately available to him emergency powers contained in 123 statutory provisions—one of the most powerful of which is contained in a little-known regulation that dates back to the 1930’s that gives him legal control over all electronic transmissions—codified as US federal law 47 U.S. Code § 606-War Powers Of President—whose enacting of means all Trump has to do is proclaim that the entire now leftist and Democrat Party controlled media has placed America and its citizens in “a state of public peril” that he alone is authorized to act against.
