After a bombshell report detailing near-daily interactions with unidentified flying objects by Navy pilots in 2014 and 2015, Christopher Mellon has argued that this information is nothing new, and the government needs to do something about it.

Mellon, former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence, is involved with a new History Channel series, 'Unidentified,' which will expand on topics discussed in a recent New York Times article. In numerous interviews, Navy pilots revealed that they saw UFOs moving at hypersonic speeds, performing acts “beyond the physical limits of a human crew,” and emitting "no visible engine or infrared exhaust plumes."

In a Wednesday morning interview with "Fox & Friends," Mellon, who has written extensively on the topic before, outlined the reasons the Navy is concerned about these sightings.
Considering many encounters are in and around military areas, one might assume that these are likely alien drones, capable of speeds and maneuvers that are considered impossible for any human made aircraft. They're likely collecting data and testing defenses. They've been doing it for decades now.

The nightmare scenario, is that these drones and other craft are here in advance of the arrival of an invasion force, followed by colonists from another world. They don't want to completely destroy this world in a war with us, so they will likely have a plan to sufficiently eliminate our defenses before the invasion forces move in from space, to land, sea and air invasion. They aren't interested in coexistence, they've likely traveled a vast distance from a dying soon to be uninhabitable world, to make this one their new home.

If so, it will likely all happen quite fast, overwhelming our defenses without warning.

But, for a little while it will be an exciting and terrifying show...
