Since these words supposedly are coming from rabbis, it can be assumed it is spoken from a religious perspective. The word holocaust refers to burning/fire. The physical world is made of plasma. Flames are also a form of plasma. Therefore the physical world can be described as a form of holocaust.
The human being is an expression of an idea, as all lifeforms are. The purpose for the physical world is to express idea. Therefore humanism is not something to be trashed, put down, or suppressed.
Secular culture, would refer to a lack of religion, rules, noahide laws, sharia laws, governments, etc.. If you believe there is only the one creator, and that creator is infallible, then stepping in on the creators behalf, is to attempt to micromanage. This would indicate the creator is fallible, and not worthy of worship. This would also put you in the position to be another creator, which would conflict with the idea there is only the one creator. This would highlight a flaw in logic, regarding the chopping off of the heads of those that fail to follow your perception, that there is only one creator to be worshiped.
Pluralism, would refer to the multitude of religions, and their respective gods or lack thereof. This conflicts with the idea that there is only one creator. This motivates the establishment of noahide laws, sharia laws, etc.. Like noted about, the establishment of these religious laws, to be administered by flesh and blood entities, is to micromanage the one creators creation. As if to say, the creator is imperfect and fallible, thus negating the need for worship. Thus negating the need to follow any religious rules, or administrators.
"To believe in man - that is the holocaust"
So, why should anyone follow any religion? Why should anyone follow the noahide laws, or the sharia laws? Are they not written, published, printed, modified, manipulated, added to, subtracted from, by man? That would be worshiping a false creator.
If the creator is infallible, the creator does not need the help of man to administer, correct, advise, heal, or punish. Logically, man is part of that creation, which is already in a state of perfection.
Rules and laws are a form of micromanagement. Administrators are false gods. Those seeking to establish noahide laws, sharia laws, should punish themselves.
