well, I'm feeling my body, not listening to a book. I can literally feel the passage of "liver gallstones" from my liver. They feel like marbles rolling down the hepatic ducts. They drain from left to right, just above the stomach. they exit on the lower right. I can literally feel them go from the liver to the toilet (minus the colon part).

When the stones move through the tubes it "tickles" on my skin.

Furthermore, you want to know what effects I'm seeing....

my skin is getting very very soft.
most "liver spots", bumps, and bites are disappearing! slowly, but also faster with each flush.
Significant reduction in chronic abdominal pain... with each flush. The mind blocks out that pain because the stones don't move, even though they shouldn't be there.

Also, I"m glad I did it now and not later when they could be even larger and greater in number.
I've noticed that mosquito bites go away about twice as fast now.

It is very rough to do a liver detox. Liver Gall stones are toxic to the body though, more toxic than the flush. That's how my body is reacting to the stones and the flush... and then the lack of stones. I've gotten about 6 cups of stones so far! There are probably about another 2-3 cups of stones left, but at least the liver cleaning-discharge is functioning again. I wouldn't want to have waited for them to get any bigger. And doing it one a year is probably good to do to keep the liver clean.

They most certainly are cholesterol stones IN and through the liver given literally how it feels as they move.
