cutting refined sugar by 90 percent or more surely can. it gave me my life back about 3 months ago. that includes all food that contains it too.

you can overdo the process though. we still need sugar in SOME form, but can get it through fruits, vegetables and honey. it is easy to then get too much from those sources, too. the trick is to get the right amount. you can tell by your level of energy. too much or too little and you will get fatigue.

want to lose weight? cut out refined sugar (and all the processed foods that contain it), bread, potatoes and pasta.

i wouldn't stay on that diet for more than a month at a time. we need all the food groups over time.

for most effectiveness in using this to lose weight, eat protein and lots of fresh raw fruits and vegetables, although you can also eat some cooked too. just don't add any refined sugar to it.

i use honey on rolled oats that i put some hot water on to make it easier to eat, just don't make oatmeal out of it by cooking it.

i'm also walking 1 1/2 miles a day.
