Russia Rejects UK Ultimatum Over Fake Nerve Gas Attack, Followed By Trump Firing Tillerson For Backing This Lie Too

A blistering new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that Britain’s “midnight deadline” for President Putin to answer the fake allegations that a Russian chemical weapon was used in Salisbury (UK) to attack a former Soviet spy and his Russian citizen daughter has been totally rejected—with Foreign Minister Lavrov stating that Russia won’t respond to this British ultimatum until samples of the alleged chemical weapon were received as the protocols of both the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) and Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) explicitly demand—and that was nearly immediately followed by President Trump firing Secretary of State Rex Tillerson who had inexcusably thrown his support behind these fake British allegations before any investigation whatsoever had been made. According to this report, to fully understand this latest American shadow government “Deep State” war move against President Trump and Russia, one must go back to this past June (2017) when former US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger met privately with President Putin to initiate a private discretionary communication channel between Russia and President Trump—and that was activated a few weeks ago, on 8 February, after Kissinger had met with President Trump in the White House to discuss North Korea—with it being known, too, that Kissinger was advising Trump to “pivot to Russia”, and as he had warned about in 1972 by his stating: “Right now, we need the Chinese to correct the Russians and to discipline the Russians. But in the future, it would be the other way around.”

With the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Joseph Dunford warning this past September (2017) that China had, indeed, become the greatest threat to the United States, and the 1972 Soviet Communist Russia that Kissinger correctly warned America would need in the future having collapsed and replaced by a vibrant democracy, this report continues, the 8 February Kissinger communiqué to President Putin from President Trump was received in the Kremlin for the bold peace move it was.

To the exact contents of the 8 February Kissinger communiqué, this report details, were the American’s exploring the “possibility/viability” of holding a meeting between President Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un in Vladivostok—where, in 1974, Kissinger oversaw the historic Summit Meeting On Arms Control between President Gerald Ford and Soviet General Secretary Leonid Brezhnev—and whose reality of taking place took an unprecedented step forward last week, on 8 March, when President Trump announced that he would, indeed, be meeting North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

With the “Deep State” and its globalist European allies facing their worst nightmare that President Trump, at a President Putin hosted meeting in Russia, could achieve the denuclearization of North Korea—and which, if achieved would, most certainly, earn Trump a Noble Peace Prize, this report notes, the Western elites against Trump banded together to create a “false flag” event designed to discredit Russia and push the world towards total war.

In testifying before the Security Council this morning about this “false flag” event, this report says, Nikolay Kovalev, the former director the Federal Security Service (FSB), stated that its “fingerprints” showed all the attributes of its being organized and carried out by British intelligence services—and that involved a 4 March attack on former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his Russian citizen daughter Yulia in the British city of Salisbury—and that without offering any proof, the British laughably claimed was carried out by using a Soviet nerve agent named Novichok.

Aside from overlooking the obvious facts that Russia had no reason whatsoever to kill a former spy who had cooperated fully when arrested, and his having lived in Britain for 8 years, and that even if Russia had done such a thing would have used the Western method of paying hired thugs to just shoot him down (like Seth Rich)—as no credible intelligence service would ever use one of the most dangerous and complicated chemical weapons ever devised to kill a single person, this report continues, the “Deep State” propagandists in the West have omitted from informing their peoples that just last year, in 2017, Russia had completely destroyed all of its chemical weapons—and that the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (which the US and UK are members of) hailed as “major milestone”.

To the laughable British claim that Russia used a Soviet-era Novichok nerve agent—that has over a hundred structural variants, the most dangerous being A-232—to attack anyone, this report explains, insanely ignores the Soviet developer of this chemical weapon Doctor-Scientist Vil Mirzayanov, whose 26-years of overseeing chemical weapons production in the Soviet Union proved that even under the strictest safety protocols, Novichok nerve agents could never be handled safely—as due to its binary complications in its being activated, even the most experienced users could expect to die—and is why he advocated for the complete destruction of the Soviet Unions chemical weapons programme—and as he detailed in his 2008 groundbreaking book titled “State Secrets: An Insider’s Chronicle of the Russian Chemical Weapons Program”.

With Doctor-Scientist Vil Mirzayanov having further received the 1993 Cavallo Foundation Special Award for Moral Courage, the 1994 Heinz R. Pagels Human Rights of Scientists Award of the New York Academy of Sciences and the 1995 American Association for the Advancement of Science Scientific Freedom and Responsibility Award for his revelations about Novichok nerve agents—as well as his being the first person in 70 years to sue the Soviet government, let alone win his case, this report continues, shows clearly his globally recognized honesty, integrity and chemical weapons expertise—and who, in his 2009 article titled “Novichok Chemical Formulas Are Not Terrorist Weapons”, clearly documented why no one would ever use Novichok nerve agents, and who wrote:

In GOSNIIOKhT, the Russian center for developing chemical weapons where I worked for 26 years, all scientists and engineers, including the departmental and laboratory chiefs, had to pass safety exams every year. The technical personnel had to pass them every six months.

The strictness of the technical measure in the laboratories and factories that produced chemical weapons was unprecedented. Even under these circumstances, there were many victims and the consequences were often lethal.

My friend Andrei Zheleznyakov died after being poisoned with the Novichok agent A-232, even though he was very experienced and was observing all safety measures.

Another reason why it is impossible for terrorists to use chemical agents (like Novichok agent 232) is that they cannot create weapons from them.

Chemical weapons are chemical agents carried in sophisticated bombs or rockets that have reliable delivery systems or launchers.

In the case of binary weapons, two chemicals must be mixed together perfectly during flight. The mixing and temperature need to be carefully controlled. Only special military personnel can operate them with minimal risk of poisoning or death.

Also, it is impossible to send chemical agents out in envelopes, as someone did with anthrax spores in the US.

Not letting the fact that Russia destroyed all of its Novichok nerve agents (because they were impossible for anyone to handle without dying) stop them from their “false flag” insanity, this report says, the “Deep State” aligned British government, aided by the Western mainstream propaganda media has, nevertheless, has begun issuing ultimatums to Russia—but that Foreign Minister Lavrov responded to by pointing out that the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (that both the UK and Russia are signatories to) is the proper place for these issues to be examined, and whose Chemical Weapons Convention outlines the entire investigative process to be used—but that the British outright rejected by saying, in essence, that everyone should believe what they say without proof.

With Russia reporting the true facts of this “false flag” event, however, this report notes, Britain's media regulator Ofcom now says that it will “consider the implications for RT’s broadcast licenses” if it's determined there was “an unlawful use of force by the Russian state against the UK” in the supposed poisoning of Sergei Skripal—but that the Security Council calls another attempt by the British to keep their citizens from discovering the truth—and that follows their 2016 closing of RT’s bank accounts for no reason whatsoever as tyrant-run nations always do to keep the truth hidden.

While dealing with the British insanity surrounding their “false flag” made up Novichok nerve agent attack charade, this report continues, Russian officials became alarmed yesterday when US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson (whom Trump had sidelined while negotiating with North Korea) became unhinged by declaring his support for the British with his stating that the UK spy poisoning “clearly came from Russia”, though he had not been presented any evidence—and his then ordering his UN Ambassador Nikki Haley to threaten strikes on Syria—with Russia quickly warning of the “grave consequences” if that occurred and stating: “Mrs. Haley should understand that it is one thing to irresponsibly exploit the microphone in the UN Security Council and it is another thing when both the Russian and American militaries have communication channels and it is clearly stated via these channels what can be done and what must not be done.”

Quickly realizing that the “Deep State” aligned Secretary of State Tillerson and the British were pushing the world to total war, this report concludes, President Trump quickly fired Tillerson before further damage could be done as Russia’s military had warned it was prepared to immediately strike the Americans in Syria and who have, also, deployed the nuclear armed Kalibr Cruise Missile-equipped guided-missile frigate Admiral Essen off the coast of Syria that’s able to decimate US military forces throughout the Middle East.

Still left unknown by Russian intelligence agencies as it regards this “Deep State” aligned British “false flag” chemical weapons attack, this report concludes, is what has happened to The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention-Chemical Weapons Elimination (that provides independent oversight to the US chemical weapons elimination programme) top Novichok nerve agent expert Dr. Timothy Cunningham—who, on 12 February, 4 days after Kissinger’s 8 February overture to President Putin to host a US-North Korean summit, suddenly disappeared—with the US propaganda mainstream media reporting that he was despondent because he failed to get promoted—but that the CDC states was a completely made up “fake news” lie—that no American should really be surprised about as evidenced by yesterday’s news that President Trump had been cleared by the US House who said they found no evidence of Trump-Russia collusion, but that the entire mainstream television newscasts on CBS, ABC and NBC combined gave less than a minute’s coverage of—and whose “Deep State” allegiance is best typified by former New York Times Executive Editor Jill Abramson who insanely just admitted that she keeps an Obama “therapy doll” in her purse at all times to protect her against Trump—thus explaining the hysteria that has overtaken the entire mainstream US media establishment.
