On the path, it blinds a mind

A Guiding Voice

Many people spend their lives

Searching for all sorts of answers…
Some stop quick and believe in nothing.
While others rest in the comfort
Of a belief, usually because of
The company they find there…

The Best memory I ever found
Growing up was when I sat in on a
Christmas service at a Friend’s church.
There was no judgement, it was
Very kind and welcoming…The
Best memories of faith always come
At the holidays. It is so humbling and
Peaceful…If only it could always
Be that way. That is what
Inspires me to believe and pursue
Faith…That perpetual feeling of a
Church service at Christmas time.
It’s priceless and powerful, nothing
Can match it.

This is not about preaching for
Religion. This is about how people
Need their faith, especially in Dark
Times. Hold on to it, Embrace it no
Matter what others say. Ignore them
If you have to…there is no reasoning
With those who challenge Faith, they are
Determined to destroy it…The bravest walk
Away from those who refuse to reason.

But with regards to Faith, I am regarding
That of a Higher Power, of a Creator
And Creation, of Angels and Etheric
Heavenly realms…not the ego of
Oneself…but in the belief of being
A part of something greater and good
And beyond control…and limitless.

Many assume that if you believe in
God, then you can’t believe in life
Beyond Earth…of Aliens, and their
Existence…because that would expand
Everything…all beliefs, ours and theirs.
How confusing would it be for most
To encounter Faith from another world?
That would be even more hopeful
Wouldn’t it?

Just suppose an Alien visitor came…
Would it be surprising if they were more
Interested in our faith than our
Science? Maybe they are both connected,
And that’s their advantage.

No one is saying hordes of Alien ships
Are coming with brochures to
Convert earthlings to their religion…
I’m pretty sure most jaws would drop
At that…But it would be a surprise
What caught their eyes.

The last one hundred years has transformed
The Earth so fast in such remarkable
Ways…Sensationalism
Through the media, especially through
Movies has stretched the limits of
What was thought possible…if Aliens
Exist…and what would they be like…
They might actually seem pretty boring
Right now…

The Challenges of changing times…of
Awareness of what is and isn’t important.
Simple things. No matter what happens,
Simple things are always important.

Fate, argue the word a thousand different
Ways…things happen. Faith…argue that
A thousand different ways…But when it
Comes down to it…in the end
Who would you rather sit next to?
Someone with faith…or someone
Who believes in something dark or
Nothing at all? Who would they sit next to?

These are just thoughts to think about,
Maybe little things that matter right now.
Time for change.
The Hour Glass is done.
