This is a fascinating report and I recommend taking the time to read it. I am not in 100% agreement with this assessment, especially since I have no access to these sources and can't vouch for the claims. But, I find it possible and interesting, especially since the emergency alert has several steps to follow before they are announced. Including turning a key by two people 8 feet apart. If it was a false alarm they could have sent out a retraction within a short few minutes, but instead they waited 38 minutes! That is an extremely long time to wait to retract a claim of a "mistake" of hitting the wrong button. Keep an open mind in reading this report. It is a thorough report but still does not include the boat sight seeing group that saw a missile type object explode in the air at the same time the alert went out. The idea that aliens were involved in helping us is a nice thought but we would need evidence of such claims, until then we can't accept it has a fact. It is also interesting that they mentioned the secret US space program might have been involved. Again, that would be nice but without proof it is nothing more than a theory. When we hear of those kind of reports we don't have to scoff and demean them. We simply catalog the theory and place it on a shelf in our minds for possible future reference.
