Russia To Move Millions-Of-Tonnes Of Grain To Egypt As New Ice Age Looms

A literally chilling new Ministry of Agriculture (MoA) report circulating in the Kremlin today details an over ₽28 trillion ($500 billion) crisis plan to rapidly expand the Federations rail system to accommodate massive grain shipments to Novorossiysk (located in Krasnodar Krai)—and where after arriving there, will be shipped to the worlds largest grain silo facility being constructed in Egypt—with all of this being done in response to the catastrophic confirmation showing that the energy output of the Sun is experiencing its most rapid decline in nearly 10,000 years—and whose most disastrous effects will be felt during the 2020-2024 period as a new ice age overtakes our entire planet. [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

According to this report, modern time fears that our planet was nearing a new ice age period were first raised, in 1975, when Newsweek Magazine published an article titled “The Cooling World”—and wherein its author, Peter Gwynne, cited various US government scientists claiming that they had observed “ominous signs” that our Earth was cooling—but that provided no firm scientific evidence as to how such a conclusion was reached—with Gwynne, also, in 2014, recanting his article and stating: “While the hypotheses described in that original story seemed right at the time, climate scientists now know that they were seriously incomplete.”

Peter Gwynne’s use of the words “climate scientists” in his recantation of his 1975 global cooling article is a misnomer [a wrong or inaccurate name or designation], this report continues, as this term confers no actual scientific meaning—but, instead, is used a catch-all phrase to describe scientists studying various aspects of our Earths climate—and whose scientific disciplines include astrophysicists, meteorologists, geologists, oceanographers, physics—to just name a few.

Of the most important of these scientific disciplines studying our Earths climate, this report explains, are astrophysicists—who are among the most highly learned and trained scientists in the world working in the branch of space science that applies the laws of physics and chemistry to explain the birth, life and death of stars, planets, galaxies, nebulae and other objects in the universe.

With Professor Valentina Zharkova of the United Kingdom’s Northumbria University being one of the top astrophysicists in the world, this report details, she stunned the entire global scientific community, in 2015, when she presented before the Royal Astronomical Society the findings she had discovered—with her presentation being titled “Irregular Heartbeat Of The Sun Driven By Double Dynamo”.

In Professor Zharkova’s presentation before the Royal Astronomical Society, this report says, she admitted that our planet is experiencing what is known as “global warming”—but warned that we were, nevertheless, heading for a “mini ice age” within 15 years—and that she said was based upon the fluid movements within the Sun that create 11-year cycles in the weather—and will cancel each other out triggering a dramatic temperature drop that will lead to a weather phenomenon known as a “mini ice age”—that had previously hit our planet between 1645 and 1715.

Professor Zharkova further stated that her findings were based on a new model that produces “unprecedentedly accurate predictions of irregularities” within the Sun’s 11-year heartbeat—and that in the cycle between 2030 and around 2040, the two waves exactly mirror each other—peaking at the same time but in opposite hemispheres of the sun—with her further stating: “Their interaction will be disruptive, or they will nearly cancel each other. We predict that this will lead to the properties of a “Maunder Minimum”—which was the name given to the period between 1645 and 1715 when Europe and North America experienced catastrophically cold winters.

Confirming the stunning findings of Professor Zharkova that, indeed, “The New Little Ice Age Has Started”, this report continues, is Russia’s top astrophysicist Doctor-Scientist Khabibullo Abdussamatov-- the supervisor of the Astrometria Project of the Russian section of the International Space Station and the head of space research laboratory at the Saint Petersburg-based Pulkovo Observatory of the Russian Academy of Sciences—who believes this “mini ice age” could last as long as 100 years—and who warns “The gradual weakening of the Gulf Stream leads to stronger cooling in the zone of its action in western Europe and the eastern parts of the United States and Canada…along with quasi-bicentennial cyclic variations of TSI together with successive very important influences of the causal feedback effects are the main fundamental causes of corresponding alternations in climate variation from warming to the Little Ice Age.”

With Professor Zharkova further warning that our planet is heading towards another ice age as solar magnetic activity is set to drop by up to 60% in the next 15 years, and whose international team of scientists she heads concur with her findings, this report notes, NASA, also, has joined in with its just releasing its findings confirming that the Sun is now cooling faster than anyone expected—and whose greatest consequence of will not only lead to a rapid decline of global food output—but, and most dangerously, will cause an increase in natural disasters—that are the most disastrous when the energy output of the sun declines and causes major earthquakes—and will, also, see an increase in global plague outbreaks that correlate to the decline in temperature.

The most unprepared peoples in the world for this coming “mini ice age”, this report details, are those in the West—most particularly in America where that nation is now suffering the effects of a nearly unprecedented winter “Bomb Cyclone”, a rare type of deadly flu outbreak being called “the worst in living memory”, and whose scientists are now warning that 2018 will see a rise in catastrophic earthquakes—but with none of them being told the truth by their mainstream propaganda media that all of these things are directly related to the unbelievable decline in the energy output of the Sun which appears to be the most rapid decline in nearly 10,000 years.

With the current budget for 2018 being based on $40 a barrel for oil sold by Russia, but whose actual price is above $60, this report concludes, MoA crisis plans for dealing with this “mini ice age” is to allocate over ₽28 trillion ($500 billion) of these excess reserves to deal with the staggering increase in grain reserves the Federation no longer is able to store—but whose further storage will be managed at the massive Damietta Logistics Centre being constructed by Russia and Egypt for global grain storage to be used when the worst of this “mini ice age” strikes—thus bringing to mind the Biblical times when Egypt had, also, fed the world to keep it from starvation—but that, also, reminds one of the Biblical prophecy of the future time when a 200 million man army would march upon the Middle East beginning the end of times—and that, most certainly, would occur if a cold and starving world tried to take Russia’s grain reserves from Egypt.
