The Ruling Elites, i.e. The Council of Seven Men, about 8 years ago, information from one of the above elite source said, the men have been complaining that it cost too much money to spend on the billions o people. So, the viruses are to cull them in a gentle way. The population will not listen/educate themselves when it comes to sex for enjoyment and sex for procreation. They just think sex is sex, if baby comes it comes. It's being engineered now, so lots of men are having low sperm counts, and females are having more/heavy menstrual cycles to expel eggs.

Earth humans are heavily brainwashed. The First Tier Aliens that was masterminding the Christian religion to bring about the Second Coming, has been removed. It was that group who misused Hitler; however, the Nazis that came over to the United States, the Aliens were still in contact with them. The count of the First Tier Aliens was something like under 1,000 men that was arrested and removed. They were behind much of the Secret Societies that formed in Europe and made their way into the Americas. A second batch of the men, was living in the undergrounds on Mars, about less then 100 men. They were removed some years later.

The Aliens who are here now, are the ones are are supposed to be here. They are from the civilizations in the history books. And they and the First Tier Aliens did not get along, and may have even had a few fierce encounters in the past.
