The country is going to be seeing more and more changes within governing agencies, and within courts. Institutions and authority figures are losing ground every day. Many have forgotten their p’s and q’s and who they are supposed to be working for. Confusion Reigns !!!

Ascension has begun and that is a strange word for many people but the "Shift of the Ages" as it is called is happening. Most of you grew up not knowing one thing about that ... nor that it was predicted that there would be a time when the world would have to reboot. So a reboot is occurring and many are leaving either through Covid or many other ways because they prefer not to hang out with the upending of many things.

When you see another police officer get taken out, or good people, or the military put in a highly stressful situation you should pray for their protection. .

The makings of WWIII are at hand but it will never become a full out world war because most countries do not have the stomach for it. Nor do they want it. Those who do are deep state and that is clearly understood …

International Public Notice: NESARA/GESARA

We have fully noted and explicitly described the Farm Union cases pursued by General Roy Schwasinger back in the 1980s and early 1990s.

These cases were taken all the way to the United States Supreme Court and the end result was that while the Court fully agreed with General Roy and the Plaintiffs, no remedy was possible because the Corporations responsible were already in bankruptcy.

You can't sue a bankrupt entity. It's a blood out of a turnip situation.

A lone Congressman introduced NESARA as a remedy that Congress could provide and he was laughed out of the Beltway for his trouble.

The proposed actual NESARA legislation associated with the Farm Union Cases still sits, dead in the water, untouched all these years after on the records documenting the progress of proposed Congressional Acts.

In the year 2000 a military Alliance forced Bill Clinton to sign a replacement NESARA. Members of Congress also signed it. This was five (5) days before the guilty corporations once again entered bankruptcy, and again, close but no banana.

Can't sue a bankrupt entity. Can't get blood out of a turnip. Ha, ha, ha.

The Federal Capitol was vacated for 120 days then (in 2000) just as it has been permanently vacated by the Municipal Government and temporarily vacated by the Territorial Government now, due to bankruptcies.

So how is any justice to ever be realized when these corrupt foreign corporations just keep on going bankrupt (at our expense) whenever it gets too hot for them?

Answer -- we stop going after the incorporated entities and start going after the Principals responsible for those incorporated entities.

That was the upfront mission of Donald Trump's world tour--- to bring all this corruption and responsibility home to the Principals.

The problem, of course, is that while acting "for" us, himself, Trump was unavoidably conflicted. He was acting as "President" of one of the worst offenders.

All of Trump's many statements about achieving financial freedom, etc., are based on obtaining ownership of our assets and deploying our assets, and to put it bluntly, the problem with that is that these are our assets, not his, not the U.S. Army's.

Lincoln gave the U.S. Army control of our money and assets. We didn't. Lincoln was a rat and a corrupt Bar Attorney with no granted authority to do anything he did.

Our treaties and contracts never provided Lincoln and his Successors with any "emergency powers" and didn't allow any Commander-in-Chief any power to issue "Executive Orders", no authority to purloin our assets, occupy our country, or otherwise dispose of our property and our property rights "for" us.

We don't object to the farmers finally getting justice, or the American Indians, or the members of our erstwhile mercenary-military, or anyone else who is owed peace and justice.

We have been among the first supporters and proponents of the Farm Union Cases and later, NESARA.

Yes, we have "been there and done that" since the 1970s when the NFO, the National Farmers Organization, kicked things off and began the long slow march homeward.

Our lack of opposition to the proposed restitution principles of NESARA/GESARA does not change the fact that our property does not belong to Donald Trump, the U.S. Army, or anyone else but us.

Bottom line -- it's not their call to dispose of our credit or our material assets. It's ours.

Lincoln cobbled together the Lieber Code and forced it on the Union Army, and it was Lincoln who invented "Executive Orders" out of the clear blue air, a practice which undermined and wrested control away from our lawfully elected Congress.

These acts were and are foreign, unauthorized, and in fact were already prohibited by Law.

Lincoln was a Bar Attorney and an Esquire in the British Title system. He was ineligible to be "President" of our country in any respect and a close inspection reveals that he functioned entirely as the "President" of a deceptively named foreign corporation, instead.

Everything Lincoln did and all that he accomplished was done under conditions of fraud and deceit -- and that same fraud has tainted everything related to government in this country ever since. The nickname "Honest Abe" was thoroughly tongue-in-cheek.

Various Apologists have attempted to gloss all this over and pretend that it doesn't really matter what political status we are in, but it does matter.

Others have argued that our soldiers, sailors, and airmen own this country by virtue of defending it; they try to ignore the fact that our country was and is already owned by other soldiers and sailors who fought the British instead of working as unwitting mercenaries for them.

Our country is also owned by generations of civilian progeny -- both physical and philosophical progeny -- Americans who have been born on the land and soil of this great land, or naturalized to it, ever since the Revolution.

If true justice is to be done and if the coercive corruption of the Corporatocracy that has gripped the world for over a hundred years is to end, the actual owners of this country must be recognized and Mr. Trump and his supporters must give up all thought of pulling another "fast one", substituting another political party election for the public elections we are owed, and continuing the same old fraud.

We are not opposed, indeed our own actions underpin, the restoration of justice and sanity and restitution that the original NESARA legislation proposed, but it must be done in accord with the actual Americans -- not as another "Executive Order" promulgated by the "President" of a foreign corporation.

Throughout the present mess, the U.S. Military has tried to spin a variety of "narratives" that make them sound like heroes and which disguise the responsibility that the military bears for all that has happened to our people and our country since Lincoln declared the bankruptcy of the United States of America, Incorporated, in April of 1863.

Certainly, as of 1865, General Grant could have called a halt and chosen to do the honest thing. He could have admitted the whole situation and called for new public elections, but Grant was a Tory (US Grant was a nom de guerre; his real name was Hiram) and he was determined that Lincoln's remorse would not stand in the way of a British soft coup.

Instead of calling for new public elections, General Grant made an excuse on the evening that he and Mrs. Grant were supposed to join the Lincolns at the Ford Theater.

And all was silent forever afterward, until now.

Now we know that our military was unlawfully converted into a mercenary force; we know that our American State of State organizations were substituted for by British Territorial organizations; we know that our public elections were supplanted by private corporate elections; our States were replaced by State Trusts, and our Presidential Office has been usurped and replaced by Presidents representing the private interests of foreign for-profit corporations.

This tale of betrayal, breach of trust, and commercial malfeasance cannot be allowed to end as it began, in fraud committed against us and against our lawful Government, by our own employees.

We all watch the impending GCR/RV. There are so many variables intertwined in making it happen, no one individual or group could possibly know all the components. The question is, what would have to happen to do a complete overhaul of the global financial system and illuminate the current Central Banking system?

The central banking system has long been the bedrock of modern financial stability and economic policy. However, envisioning a world where central banks are no longer in play presents both challenges and opportunities. Transitioning to a new financial system without central banks would require radical changes across various dimensions of the economy. So I asked an AI what would it take.

1. Adoption of Decentralized Digital Currencies

Without central banks, decentralized digital currencies would become the primary medium of exchange. Cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum, or newer stablecoins pegged to a basket of assets, would serve as the foundation for transactions. To make this happen you would need:

Technological Infrastructure: Develop a robust, global blockchain infrastructure that can handle large volumes of transactions securely and efficiently.

Interoperability: Ensure different digital currencies and blockchain networks can seamlessly interact, allowing for smooth cross-border transactions and exchanges.

2. Establishing Trust and Stability

Central banks play a critical role in maintaining trust and stability. In their absence, alternative mechanisms must be developed:

Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs): These entities can govern financial protocols and ensure adherence to rules and regulations through smart contracts and community consensus, enhancing transparency and trust.

Collateralization: Use a system where digital currencies are backed by tangible assets or a diversified basket of goods to maintain value stability.

The elimination of central banks would necessitate the creation of new types of financial intermediaries:

Security becomes even more critical in a decentralized system:

Decentralized Security Networks: Develop networks where participants can collaborate to detect and prevent fraudulent activities, similar to how blockchain networks currently validate transactions.

Integrating from a central bank-driven financial system to a decentralized one would require a coordinated global effort encompassing technological innovation, regulatory reform, and widespread education. Technologically, blockchain infrastructure and interoperable digital currencies need to be developed to ensure secure and efficient transactions.

Regulatory bodies must collaborate internationally to create standardized frameworks that promote transparency and protect users. Widespread education and digital literacy initiatives will be needed to empower individuals to navigate and participate in the new financial system. Additionally, new decentralized intermediaries and security measures must be established to maintain stability and trust, replacing the traditional roles played by central banks. This multi-faceted approach would facilitate a smooth and inclusive transition, ensuring the new system is resilient and accessible to all.

In a fully decentralized financial system, the traditional concept of currency, as we know it, could undergo significant transformation or even become obsolete.

In essence, while traditional currency may not be entirely needed in a decentralized future, a form of digital currency or asset-backed token will likely remain essential for value exchange and economic transactions. The transition would likely see a blend of existing fiat currencies, CBDCs, and a myriad of digital assets and cryptocurrencies, all operating within a decentralized, blockchain-based framework. This evolution would redefine the concept of money, making it more digital, transparent, and globally interconnected. ( If you haven’t figured it out “This is the GCR” )

All that being said, most if not all of the components required to do this transition are currently in play or at least are being developed for future deployment. And, if you look at it, has been in play for several years. We are very close. Try not to look at the pieces of the puzzle Intel providers feed you. Look at the picture on the box.

The Guarantees

Our country came with guarantees. You’ll find them in Article IV, Section 4 of our constitution. That paragraph is aptly referred to as the Guarantee Clause. Senator Charles Sumner, during the administration of Abraham Lincoln, referred to it as the “sleeping giant in the constitution.” It’s time to waken the sleeping giant.

Article IV, Section 4 requires the United States to guarantee a republican form of government in every state and to protect us from both invasions and from domestic violence.

Here are the exact words:

“The United States shall guarantee to every state in the union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.” (The 1868 U.S. Supreme Court case of Texas v. White held that “state” refers to the people. The people are owed these guarantees.)

In fact, from 1945 to the present day, almost no effort was made to safeguard the people. We were betrayed on all three items in Article IV, Section 4.

Concerning protection from invasions, we live in the shadow of nuclear annihilation because the United State failed to give up control over atomic weapons to an international agency in 1945. As a result, our country brought about a thoroughly unnecessary nuclear arms race. At the end of WWII, our ally, the Soviet Union was exhausted and had no intention of conquering the world by military force, as falsely asserted by President Truman. And when the Soviet Union disbanded in 1991, it was no threat whatsoever. Yet, at present, while thousands of missiles with nuclear warheads are aimed at the American people, the United States is carrying out military threats and initiatives against Russia, China, and North Korea—countries that possess nuclear weapons.

About protecting the people from domestic violence, 1945 was the beginning of a transition from the use of natural products to the use of chemical substitutes. By not carefully regulating industries, our government plunged us into a new age—the Chemical Age, for which we humans have few defenses. As a result, we are experiencing massive increases in diseases and severe losses of mental acuities. In addition, our oceans are dying. The planet is on its way to being uninhabitable.

Lastly, the guarantee of a republican form of government in our states was thwarted because the ability to explore truths with spirited debate was taken from us. No form of representative government can succeed when that happens. Here are just a few examples:

We were kept at war continuously since 1945 for no reason related to self-defense. And questioning that assertion was deemed un-American. That attack on free speech turned residents of states into vassals who paid the cost of wars in taxes and with the lives of their loved ones.

9/11 was allowed to happen. For the truth of that statement, one has only to look at the way Building #7 came down—hours after #1 and #2, in its own footprint, at the speed of gravity, and only having been burdened by a few office fires. Yet any discussion about details is derided as a conspiracy theory. No discussion is allowed, even though 9/11 was the excuse for wars to continue unabated into the 21st century.

Aircraft have been bombarding us for decades with nano-sized particles of poisonous substances. Unassailable proofs have been presented to the federal government since 1998, and we are still being told it’s not occurring, The official government position is that trails in the sky are only water vapor, and those who insist on speaking of it are confused conspiracy enthusiasts. Meanwhile, the toxins are debilitating us, killing us, and reducing our capacity to think and to reason.

The weather has been weaponized and used against us. Historic downpours have washed away lives and properties. Droughts have been created as well that have devastated large areas. Viscous storms and tornados are being aimed and unleashed against us. Officially, all of it is being blamed on global warming. Dissenting opinions are not allowed.

Swatches of the country are being destroyed by directed energy attacks. Solid proofs, like the melting of metals, are conveniently not reported, and the official story is that forest fires are doing the harm.

We were attacked with a biological weapon called SARS-Covid-2, denied palliative treatments, and forced to take destructive “vaccines.” Medical professionals had their licenses revoked if they made efforts to speak out. Other people lost their jobs. People were demeaned mercilessly for not going along with the official position. Mainstream media blared out the government’s untruths non-stop. States were refused the very freedoms of thought and expression upon which a republican form of government could operate.

State legislatures will play a crucial part in stopping the madness, the murders, and the harms. Their first job will be to encourage immediate prosecutions of all offenders in state and county courts for the wide array of crimes visited upon the people in their states. Those crimes include fraud, murder, arson, assault and battery, and treason. Treason is defined as the use of force to bring about changes in our legal structures or our public policies. See United States v. Aaron Burr, 25 F. Cas 49 (1807)

We are being attacked mercilessly. Fighting back comes first. Fighting back through the use of indictments in state and county courts can’t come soon enough.

At the same time, the state legislators can form Offices of Survival Initiatives (OSI) to determine what steps are needed going forward. Certainly, they will demand an end to the American Empire, the closure of over 800 military bases around the world, and stopping military actions so that all resources, human and financial, can go to healing us and making this Earth habitable. Corporate agendas can no longer dictate the paths we take. Regulatory systems must be allowed to function to the highest levels required. In short, basic societal changes need to be made so that we might survive.

“Protect” is a key word in the Guarantee Clause. We forgot that our mission in life is to protect each other. That forgetting is how we got to this point of public emergency. Well, it’s now or never to protect others as we would have them protect us.

And the methods chosen by the state legislators and put into effect by both the federal and state governments will be the final word. Courts will not interfere with choices made pursuant to Article IV, Section 4 for the purpose of assuring survival. Such decisions are for the people to determine. See Colegrove v. Green, 328 U.S. 549 (1946).

The awakened giant in the United States Constitution has much to do. We’d better get started.
