Some of these articles are not a one size fits all and we need to remember that. If you are an Rh Negative are bodies just function differently in some aspects and it helps to know what works for you. Basically, it takes a true desire to be well and then you know where you can cheat a bit in diet and where it isn't a good idea (how much do I want to pay for later?)

Also the medical journals these days are filled with
'pay to play'. Look them over see if they work for you and throw them out if they don't.

Those that are Rh negative can go to groups that discuss these things a bit more and even there we are individuals. Learn about your body and get it functioning to help you through these difficult times. Rely on yourself and take everything with a grain of salt.
