The below is a gift to the American People. This is the newest version of a RMN publish from a few years ago.

Since that time hundreds of misidentified TAX PAYERS have used this document to correct their standing with IRS and become free from IRS over reach and deception.

The fundamentals herein were applied in a federal law suit against IRS, which resulted in Taansen being secured and properly identified as a non taxpayer. The IRS said he was a bad boy and reserved the right to misidentify him again, over two years ago.

I, ………… ………… …………, do hereby knowingly and intentionally revoke my alleged election as a voluntary US Taxpayer as promised in to be recognized at 26 USC §6013(g) for good cause of non disclosure and deception from the beginning.

I have never received full nor complete notice of all relevant material facts and law, the notice and opportunity to respond, qualifying as due process, that is required to gain my consent to be governed, particularly taxed.

I have reviewed the powers of the United States relevant to its legislative powers. There is no authority granted by Constitution for the Legislature to subject me to federal statutes or codes, because the People are not identified by Constitution as either subjects nor objects to legislatively ruled.

Therefore: 
YOU WILL: correct my status, to that of TAX EXEMPT, immediately, in all relevant databases accessible to the United States Treasury, execute as described in 26 USC §6013(g)(4)(a) as having revoked the status of voluntary US Taxpayer, nunc pro tunc.

YOU WILL: return to me any funds which have been withheld by you in my name under the Social Security identifier …………………, as described in 26 U.S. Code § 6401(b)(2) and consider this revocation to be in force going forward as described in 26 USC §6013(g)(6).

YOU WILL: Recognize that 26 USC, Chapter 80, Construction of Chapter, at 7806 admits and confesses that: “ (b) Arrangement and classification.

No inference, implication, or presumption of legislative construction shall be drawn or made by reason of the location or grouping of any particular section or provision or portion of this title,…”; (Aug. 16, 1954, ch. 736, 68A Stat. 917.); means Title 26 USC is not a legitimate act of Congress.

YOU WILL: Recognize that Title 4 USC 72 and its IRS agency to the U.S. Treasury are operationally limited to venue of the Seat of Government absent production of the Act of Congress authorizing exercising legislative power out side the District of Columbia. Chapter 72; Public offices; at the Seat of Government at 72,” All offices attached to the seat of government shall be exercised in the District of Columbia, and not elsewhere, except as otherwise expressly provided by law. YOU WILL: Recognize the IRS, U.S. Treasury Federal Regulation admission and confession that the WHOLE of the tax system is based on voluntary compliance.

CFR § 601.602 Tax forms and instructions.

(a) Tax return forms and instructions. The Internal Revenue Service develops forms and instructions that explain the requirements of the Internal Revenue Code and regulations. The Service distributes the forms and instructions to help taxpayers comply with the law. The tax system is based on voluntary compliance, and the taxpayers complete and return the forms with payment of any tax owed.

SPECIAL NOTE: YOU WILL: Recognize the Supreme Court of the United States of America orders to all public servants defining the misuse and application of the law or procedures is INVOLUNTARY SERVITUDE. SLAVERY! US v. Kozminiski, 487 U.S. 931.

YOU WILL: Recognize your public servants duties promised by your personal Fidelity Bond, and the criminal penalties for failing to do so found at 18 USC 1346. Chapter 63, - MAIL FRAUD AND OTHER FRAUD OFFENSES. “ For the purposes of this chapter, the term “ scheme or artifice to defraud” includes a scheme or artifice to deprive another of the intangible right of honest services.”
